Last night I went to Taco Bell with my sister. While we were ordering, the employee taking our order seemed kind of rude and gave us some attitude. When we got to the drive-thru window, he looked at us and started laughing for no reason, which made the experience uncomfortable. It was disappointing because customers should feel respected.

I had an amazing experience at Taco Bell! Ty provided outstanding customer service friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He made sure my order was perfect and kept a positive attitude the entire time. It’s always great to be greeted by someone who truly cares about the customer experience. Huge shout-out to Ty for making my visit exceptional! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have been very frustrated with this location. The staff are polite enough, and I understand it is fast food, however they often come off very annoyed. My main issue, however, is that I’ve had repeated issues with order accuracy when requesting items without certain ingredients due to dietary restrictions. 9 times out of 10, even after confirming multiple times, the food still includes what I asked to be removed. I have just stopped going at this point. If you have allergies, or are vegan/vegetarian, I would not reccomend this spot.

Not only last did we recieve horrible customer service with an employee being impatient in the drive thru with an elderly person trying to order… tonight we tried to order through the app & place it at the wrong taco bell 50 miles away, tried to cancel & i could NOT understand what she was saying. I called back 3 times & finally understood that she couldnt do anything about it to contact customer service that was closed. She refused to tell me her name for reference with customer service & hung up on me. So our $40 went down the drain & expect a full refund for an order we can’t receive

I went to tacobell earliler, and the worker was rude, they were supposed to ask what side I wanted and i said nachos and cheese and they gave me the cinnamon twists, when i received the supreme box i asked if i can switch for the nachos because i like them more. they said they couldn’t and didn’t even apologize. also forgot my soda. All my other experiences were great i was just upset about this one.

I was really frustrated with my experience at the Taco Bell in Sunnyside. The service was slow, messy, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. My order was wrong, and when I tried to get it fixed, it felt like I was being completely ignored. I left feeling annoyed, disappointed, and honestly like my time didn’t matter. It’s such a shame because Taco Bell can be a quick, easy option, but this location made the whole experience stressful and unpleasant.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER SERIOUSLY NEEDS IMMEDIATE RETRAINING, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGER, MANAGER RUDE TO CUSTOMERS
Tuesday October 14 10:15 AM
Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:45 according to taco bells website & app. We came to get breakfast around 10:15 they helped us order just to say they are out of eggs (which in Taco Bell language just means they don’t want to make more) so as our cashier is trying to figure out a alternative with us, the manager starts yelling over her and the cashier LITERALLY HAD TO APOLOGIZE AND SAY SHE DOESN’T KNOW WHATS GOING ON! when we agreed on a alternative the VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Manager rudely hands the money, and would no longer let us order a alternative. We then realized that we had handed them a $20 bill, and only got refunded $16.65 for the breakfast items. I walked back in, and let the cashier know about the mistake, she nicely went and told the manager in the very back of the kitchen, and all the way from the lobby I could hear the rude manager yelling that there was a drink on the order, and that she’s not going to refund us ect. The cashier then lets me know and I ask to speak to the manager. She then comes out and asked very rudely what the problem was I told her I came for breakfast not a soda. She then storms off with the drink dumps it dramatically and starts being aggressive with the cash register in the back getting my change.
Oh and I didn’t even get my full $20 back THE MANAGER SHORTED ME MY CHANGE! ♂️ COUNT YOUR CHANGE IF YOU ARE REFUNDED AT THIS TACO BELL LOCATION!!
this is not how a manager should treat loyal customers. Will not be coming back

The Taco Bell in Sunnyside was a very disappointing experience. The service was slow, disorganized, and the staff didn’t seem to care about fixing mistakes with my order. On top of that, the area outside the restaurant doesn’t feel very safe — there were people hanging around, loitering, and street racing in the parking lot, which made the whole visit stressful and uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back here, and I’d caution others to be aware of the situation if they do visit.

Can someone explain to me how is the restroom is locked during business hours for customers, where are the violations for this restaurant. I pissed myself asking to use the restrooms. Sunnyside you should be ashamed. If you don’t want to work go do something else!

I’m not typically someone who leaves negative reviews, but tonight’s experience at Taco Bell left me no choice. It was truly the worst visit I’ve ever had. I rarely come here, and after this, I remember why. The young woman working the drive-thru at 8:40 PM was incredibly rude and unprofessional—from taking our order with an attitude, to not greeting us at the window, and not providing a receipt. When we realized we had forgotten to order a drink, she told us we had to drive all the way back around and get in line again—just for one item. If you don’t like your job, that’s one thing—but taking it out on customers is unacceptable. Not everyone shares your negativity.
