They were pretty busy as a family had just came in, there were only 2 people working. The lady on the meats was extremely kind and very apologetic about the wait since they didnt have a full staff. Finally after about 5 minutes later, this worker Jessica walks in and is just having a nasty attitude. She didnt give me full portions for the veggies (i used to work at subway so ik the portions) and kept interrupting me, then proceeded to have more attitude when she couldnt hear me from interrupting me. Overall, she was just rude. Oh and didnt have a name tag on so i had to ask one of the other workers.

Store was clean but that’s about it. Ordered online and when we did finally get our food after waiting about 20 extra minutes it was cold and definitely not fresh. Then a worker entered the restaurant from outside and immediately went to work at the counter making food without washing hands. At least he did put gloves on but eew. The only reason we ordered here is because the other store was out of all breads except Italian and flatbread. Really disappointed Subway.

Greeted right away. Two lady’s knew what they were doing. Friendly. Professional. I asked for a silly amount of olives. They gave me a silly amount. Sandwich was piled and I felt bad because I was like, how she gonna close that. But it worked out fine. Sandwich was delicious. Service was amazing. Put me in a good mood for the rest of my day.

Better hope you don’t get there when they have online orders because you will be in line for 20+ minutes. They need more people on staff and a better way to manage giant online orders.
These subways were better when Sandi was running them.
