I didn’t really like the service. We went there about 20 minutes before they were supposed to close. They’d already stacked all the chairs and tables. They didn’t acknowledge that. They looked pained to serve us. Once they did, they asked us to leave because they had to clean the floors. I understand it’s not fun having people come in close to closing time. But you don’t expect to be asked to leave. It wasn’t like we were going to eat there. We were just talking before heading out. That was my first experience there. But I won’t be going in again. The ice cream itself was okay. Not worth the price.

Very, very disappointed and won’t return. I ordered vanilla with strawberries and bananas mixed together, and place hot fudge on top. I made sure to place the FUDGE ON TOP in capital bold letters but they didn’t put this on even though they charged me. Asked for it and they placed 2 – 3 inch ribbons on top. On the other one we ordered vanilla with brownie bites and yellow cake. I received 2 brownie bites and chocolate cake instead of yellow cake. These employees must not have been trained well or they don’t car. What a rip off!!! We paid over $20 for 2 cups of ice cream and wasn’t the way we wanted it to be. Will not be returning.

I get they are kids scooping the ice cream.. but when I order the largest size and the kid gives me barely enough to fill half the cup, not cool. The manager just stared at it, too. The girl, Emma, made my other one great though. Back to DQ for my future ice creams.

This is a special shout out to a employee there, Maddox. Our car died in the parking lot and he was so quick to help us anyway he could. He offered us water and a cool place to wait inside. He even asked for my name & number and then called me when the tow truck got there. This is the type of employee I would love to have! Thanks for making our horrible day a little easier Maddox!

Came in today and the customer service was awful. What I ordered they made a complete mess of it. The chocolate was almost out and I asked did they have a fresh one because it was not going to be enough and they argued that it would be enough and then after he sees it’s not enough he brings two scoops of runny cream and puts it on top of the other making it very runny I asked for cake and that was in the crumbles. Then the guy walks away saying well you ordered it ,yes I did but I didn’t want it to look like slop. I asked for the manager and the same guy goes in the back and puts the manager on the phone and what a complete waste of breath. Never listened to me and with the language running together was just not pleasant. We have been coming here since it opened with a pleasant experience even with the manager. I guess customer service is no longer valuable anymore. We left and went to the McKinney location. Do better Mr manager

I personally had a good experience here yesterday. I know the other reviewer didn’t have a great experience, but when a place is brand new, you have to give them a little grace. I hope he gives them another chance.
When I went, the line was all the way to the door, but it didn’t take nearly as long as I thought it would to get my ice cream. All the staff members were nice and I had no issues. I’ll definitely be back.

Employees acted like we were interrupting something when we came in (we were the only customers in the store). Maybe they were surprised they had business? Either way, they were all grouped together when we walked in and then split apart the second we approach to the counter and all watched us as we decided on the order. It was slightly unnerving.
We had planned on eating in the building, but there was a weird smell. That, plus the unfriendliness of the staff, pushed us to take our ice cream to go.
Ice cream was classic chain store ice cream. No complaints on flavor.

Was greeted by the sweetest girls, they all were so cheerful and helpful even though my order was quite difficult. Very attentive to allergies and best ice cream I’ve had in Anna so far. Store and Bathrooms are also very clean.
