Food was inedible and old for the second time now. Will not be ordering from here again. The crust was not what we ordered, crazy bread was insanely stale, and pizza cups were hard as rocks. The dough was almost even raw. Super disappointing, usually very satisfied with quality.

Me and the kids eat it up every time! Five dollars for a pizza you’ll never forget maybe you will I don’t know you ha ha! But seriously, trust me on this. You won’t go wrong with a pizza to this caliber. The finest pizza in all of ATL. The handcrafted dough moist as all get out not to mention the melted cheese that melts right in your mouth and the best part the pepperoni protein packed meat filled fun. It doesn’t get any better than that. An adventure for your mouth who wouldn’t love it? I mean, come on it’s Little Caesars!

The food was good…… review updated… the 1st time I went, they got my fanceroni pizza perfect. I didn’t even have to put it in the oven.. I gave 5 stars… I have been about 5xs since and never got all my pepperoni , just a few, and it needs to be put in the oven… OK I’m cool with putting it in the oven opposed to being burnt but bra!. Gimmie my pepperoni, but now they put two seperate pepperoni, pizza look like it might be good after I put it in the oven but come on yall … step yall game up .

Order the Fanceroni Pizza only to get a regular pepperoni pizza…WHERE’S THE PEPPERONI. Hardly any on the pizza. The pizza had several air pockets, most of the pepperoni was burnt, the cheese wasn’t fresh at all! One of the slices had an air pocket so big, I could fit my soda can in it and it can hold it like a cup holder. Smh. I also order a stuff crust and got regular crust. We order directly from the website for delivery only for them to do the delivery through Door Dash and charge an extra $10 for it. The Dasher had to stop for gas prolonging the delivery and the deliver was someone different then the person who’s supposed to do the delivery. The food was cold. Quality was so bad. DON’T order from this location. The employees don’t care and no one answers the phone.

The pizza was good. But there was a guy standing outside the door who took a leak (urinated) right next to the entrance then immediately begin asking entering customers for money. No one in the store said a word to him. Not to mention the guy behind the counter treated us guest, like we were his homies or something.

Didn’t know they had a Little Cesar’s in the West End but they came in handy!! Ran in at the last minute got pizzas for my granddaughter’s Christmas party at school!! They enjoyed the pizzas and they were right on time!! Thank you Little Cesar’s you ROCK!! Slater Elementary School Ms. Daniels 5th grade class said thank you!! The smile on my granddaughter’s face said it all as she thanked and appreciated me for coming with the pizzas!!

After the owner made their comment, I called the number listed. After trying twice and never connecting with a representative, I decided to share my experience here for others to evaluate for themselves.
I did not cancel my order because the staff at the store were rude, even though they were. I also did not cancel my order because of the quality of the food—I never received it. I canceled my order because the food was intended for a university event that was canceled due to a shelter-in-place protocol on campus. When I explained to the employee at the store that there was a lockdown at my school and an active gunman on campus, she didn’t show any concern. Her response was, “How inconsiderate of you to cancel your order.”
I calmly explained that I understood her frustration but needed to cancel the order because of circumstances beyond my control. Her reply: “No, I’m not refunding a big order like yours.” While still in the store, I called corporate and was finally able to speak with a representative from Little Caesar’s, who was very understanding of the situation. Meanwhile, the employee at the store told my friend and me to get out or “else.”
Let me be frank: Little Caesar’s has lost a customer for life. I will never order food—or even buy a bottle of water—from this company again. I will also strongly recommend to everyone I know that if they want Little Caesar’s pizza, they do not order from this location. This store is poorly run, has terrible customer service, and could care less about its customers. Once they get their bills, they head for the hills.

You have got to be kidding me. Ordered a square deep dish and some crazy bread. Nothing even remotely resembled what it was supposed to be. I had 2(?) misshapen rounded pizzas. Pretty sure the crazy bread was actually just rock hard pizza crust. See pics for reference. Laughable. Order was delivered by DoorDash unbeknownst to me, and they refunded it than god. Couldn’t get ahold of the actual store. Insane.

Actually no stars….0…..This is just getting pathetic. I live right down the street but will unfortunately never frequent this location again. The manager is messy and don’t expect any level of professionalism. I was giving them a chance to redeem themselves after not even getting my order on April 1….but being charged and having to recoup my funds from LC. Made my order online at 8:37pm. It said my order was ready at 8:53pm. The manager who most likely remembered my name because I had to get the banks involved……claims that the just got the order at 8:54. I waited until 9:09pm and was given a cold pizza that supposedly came fresh out of the oven. It was supposed to be half pep/sausage. Look at the burnt pizza in the picture. Just sad man…..sad. This location should be closed until they can get some ppl in there who are serious about selling pizza.

Was a bit disappointed that the cashier, young lady, was accusatory thinking someone was leaning on her vehicle. When told no one was leaning on her vehicle she insisted they were. Pizza was ordered outside of restaurant and was cool (temperature) by the time we got it in the car.
