I mostly do delivery and occasional pickup . They have really stepped up there game. I had stopped ordering b/c:

Went to pick up a pizza on Friday, February 20, 2026 at 2pm, carryout. Walked in and there was a female teenager employee texting on her phone at the cash register. I was standing there for a few minutes being ignored while the employee was busy texting. Another employee was in the back and noticed what was going on and quickly came up and helped me. The employee texting just for a second looked up and then continued texting. Very poor customer assistance, avoid this place. Employees are more interested in their personal life and phones than actually doing their jobs. Very sad about this younger newer generation.

I ordered a future timed order and it never arrived I checked my cameras and saw that the drive delivered it to the wrong address I called back to ask for a correct delivery and was ignored. This location is ran very poorly and I will be letting all my friends know to be weary of this awful awful store. Israel please open your eyes and verify numbers on house.

So I ordered pizza last night online @8:45pm and the picture below is what I was given. This is completely unacceptable. The guy who made my pizza did not have any gloves on, horrible customer service, was on his personal phone talking in Spanish while burning and messing up all the other orders. I’ve never had this happen and definitely did not pay for it.

Person who was in charge was very rude his name is Israel Consuelos. If you don’t know how to answer questions in a nice way and can’t seem to let women talk then maybe you’re in the wrong business. He’s very rude and was speaking very demeaning to me. If he is someone who is in charge, he shouldn’t be because if he talks to customers like that I can only imagine how he talks to his employees and co workers. And dominoes you should really work on the app to not say that the order is ready when it literally took twenty minutes longer than it said ok the apple and on the screen inside the store.

I’ve order out of many locations before and this location in particular is my second favorite location. Warm smiles, helpful hard workers who are always willing and ready to help and might I add these workers bees are some of the politest folks I’ve ever come across since movin to California. Placed an order of two pizzas delivery, the order took over an hour still wasn’t ready and when I called to cancel a little guy answered and kept asking me to repeat myself cause “he couldn’t hear” so when I yelled my number he started getting sassy and hung up on me. App said driver was leaving the store to deliver our pizza. We live 8 minutes from this location. Driver took 40 minutes to deliver our pizza which was cold by then of course. We paid $17.61 for a medium one topping pizza and chicken ceaser salad. So not only were we ripped off but the pizza was cold.
