They take too long. The lady manager has a bad attitude. If you hate your job that much quit. This store is too small to this traffic. Then when you order DoorDash the dash has to wait 30 min for an order. This store needs to closed asap

Pizza tasted and looked great! I placed an order online through the app & upon delivery the dasher said they had trouble finding me which means the delivery nites left in the Pizza Hut app, do not translate to dashers. I’m sure I put the building and apartment number. I just feel that should be noted. I also was not given my drink so I called the store to see if it was even given and Isaac ensured me they had made a mistake and did not include it. He promptly asked if I’d like redelivery, a credit, or to come retrieve it. He was very nice & helpful.

It’s a very busy location but, the service here is still of great quality. The employees could be covered in flour from so many orders but they still smile and greet customers offering sincere kindness. The team here is very professional. Time for a bigger building, they deserve it!

First of all and most importantly the manager/only staff I see is very rude. Every encounter. Then IT’S ALWAYS a wait, which I can understand because ppl love pizza. But to have to wait at least 5-7 minutes plus that stank attitude is unacceptable. Depending on what time of day it is I will not accept orders from Pizza Hut just a shame because we’re all out here trying to make a dollar out of 15 cent

If u order a pizza and plan to.pick it up yourself, u have plenty of time. Ordered the pizza drove 15 minutes to pick it up. Waited 45 minutes inside the 8×6 waiting area with 7 other people to receive my order. If I had not paid on line. I would have left. It is no wonder that tuscaloosa county once had 7 Pizza Hut locations and now only have 2.

Went to Pizza Hut on 11/7 at night. Even though it was very busy, the service was good, cashier Mckenna and the team handled everything well, friendly and organized. They really deserve appreciation! Cheers!

everytime I come here my order is not ready during the day time .. I place an online order and it says it’s to be ready at 10:52 it’s 11:09 and I get here and the wings haven’t even been put into the grease ! This has happened multiple times very bad service during the day .. night service amazing !

The food was definitely as expected, however they were super busy and the building doesn’t have enough standing room for customers to the point that it could be classified as a fire hazard during peek times. Parking was out in the street and all around the building. They need to go back to the old style full service buildings that they use to have.

If I could give zero stars I would. Order came a whole hour after estimated delivery time. I wasn’t notified the order would be delivered through DoorDash. There was no protection sticker or anything on my pizza so the box was half open upon receiving it. Driver seemed to be chewing when the arrived. If you don’t have drivers, take delivery off of your options period. I don’t pay the amount I do to get my food delivered by an incompetent service I don’t personally use. Absolutely horrible. ZERO STARS. Never again.
