I love Hardee’s food. I chose to come here over other nearby food choices. The manager, Debra, took my order. I tried joking with her at first by pointing to the nearby picture of 15 cent hamburgers, but she kept a serious face. I then placed my order with no problem. I was going to order a drink, but then I noticed the customer side drink machines were down. I asked the manger why they were down. She said they’ve been down since AFTER Covid. I then told her that I would just order a water, because I don’t like to wait in line behind many people to ask for a refill. She didn’t seem to care at all by not responding and keeping her straight face. I then spoke with the GM, who was friendly. She stated to me the machines were down for that same reason. I advised her that the excuse satisfies her, but not the paying customer, which is me. She pointed out the district managers number and I then sat down to eat. I noticed I didn’t have any napkins, so I got up to get some. There were no napkins anywhere for me to get myself, so I had go to the bathroom to get some from the paper towel dispenser. I then advised the manager of this when she observed me walking from the bathroom with the paper towels. I then had to go outside to my car to get additional water, since I finished the water in my cup. I didn’t feel like waiting behind other ordering customers. Definitely won’t be back.

I was at the Boaz Hardees a few weeks ago, had great service and about the best fast-food burger on sourdough I’ve ever had. I went back only to find that it has closed! I am so disappointed.

I love getting breakfast at Hardee’s because of their great Breakfast Choices. I stopped by the Boaz, AL, location and enjoyed one of my favorite breakfast choices. The Biscuit & Gravy. I also added a Steak Biscuit, which is an awesome biscuit. Great food, friendly folks.

They always make sure to promptly get my food out. I like to go in the lobby. It’s easier to me than using their drive thru Always curious to know if there is anything else they can do for me. Not a very busy place. Deserves a lot more attention. Hardee’s burgers have always been the bomb anyways. A lot are shutting down in other places. We gotta keep them alive y’all! I hear their breakfast is amazing too. Just haven’t had it since I was a young child of like 9 years old

This morning, Samantha took my order and provided exceptional customer service. She noticed I had a baby with me and saw that my hands were full. Cinnamon roll is hard and cold. It taste like it’s old maybe made yesterday stored and reserved! Money wasted and it sucks especially in this economy where food is so over priced! Can’t we customers just jave hot food that we pay for?
