First time I’ve been to a Subway in a while, and I won’t be coming back. $19.06 for a sandwich and drink is *very* steep, but could be forgiven if it were good – it was not. The sandwich was bland, the chicken was cold, and if the bacon were cut any thinner they’d be splitting atoms. As other have mentioned, the tables were filthy. Save $5 and eat at Firehouse, across the street – it’s clean, and the food’s much better.

Just got lunch at Subway in Walmart on Monocacy Blvd. and as you can see I got no discount, I was overcharged for my meal because they rang up the before and after making it a meal. The tables are ditry, there soda on the picture hanging in the seating area. Sadly this isn’t the first time they overcharged me and not the second time. It appears to almost be intentional. PLEASE check your receipt before you leave!!!!

Nasty custommer service from female attendant was in another room on her phone came to us and just said what do you want wow never had someone that hated their job so much as her before and i ordered 2 churros and a lemonade told me get a cup and get ice if i wanted ice with my lemonade. When i left me and my son tried to eat the churros and they where sour like the dough was bad it tasted so nasty like chemikals we desided to throw away instead of confronting the rude lady will never buy from this subway ever again and yes i will spread the word.

This review is for the Subway in Walmart at 2421 Monocacy Blvd., Frederick, MD. Unfriendly staff. Nasty attitude. Ignorance of the different types of sub rolls offered. Unable or uninterested in remembering a simple customer order such that I had to repeat my choices numerous times.
Worst of all is this stores refusal to accept any current Subway discount coupons distributed in publications in Frederick, MD. At first they refused to accept Buy-One Get-One-Free coupons. Now they posted signage and refuse to accept ANY Subway coupons. This should be against franchise rules and regulations. A Subway franchise restaurant should be required to accept any Subway coupons distributed in the geographical area of the store. I wasted my time and gas going to this Subway restaurant to buy subs with discount coupons only to learn that they would not be accepted. Both I and the other customer there at the same time left without a purchase after staff refused to accept our coupons. Others should speak out and object to this unfriendly practice of refusing to accept valid coupons issued in the geographical area of this Subway Restaurant.

Tucked away and somewhat hidden in a discreet office park on Monocacy, this Subway is a nice option if you don’t like crowds. The people are friendly and go the extra mile to give excellent customer service. I’ve always had good quality subs at this franchise.
