Im a tad bias when it comes to smashburger but it was great as usual. They were very understaffed today (i think there were only 2 people working) but even so, i got my food very promptly, my burger was built wonderfully and the manager helped me save a few bucks by sharing “a better way to order” my haystack onions (getting a side of them is cheaper than getting extra on your sandwich)!

Burgers were pretty good and I appreciated the crispy fries, but the dining area was filthy. There was only one person waiting for their take away order and all the tables were full of garbage. The tables and floor were very dirty.

The staff doesn’t even know their own menu. the place is filthy, every table has a residue that seems to be a part of the decor. Food was mediocre at best. Had the new triple double burger and cheese isn’t totally melted, burger is small and is way too salty. All this and the place wasn’t even busy.

What a joke. No wonder they always have big coupons. Food is never warm, even dine-in. The high schoolers who work there lack any sense of urgency. Took 13 min for two simple burgers, a large fry and one shake. One other table in the house and two others waiting for take-out. This order is not difficult. Put the joint down and make it happen, maaaaan. The children, I mean employees, were goofing around until one burger came up. The expediter had to actually go back into the kitchen to fulfill my order with a large fry (after asking for it back into the kitchen) that upon receipt were basically cold and almost half the amount I expected. This has happened three times in row at this location. I highly suggest a different location. Try the one off of highway 7.

The food was excellent and the service was good. Unfortunately they seemed short-staffed and there was a bit if a wait.
The team that was there was outstanding however. They apologized for the wait and made sure to be positive at every interaction. We even chatted about how good a deal their Wednesday Date Night special is! (2 entrees, 2 sides, 2 fountain pops for $15).

Super friendly people working here. Clean place. I asked for no bun on my burger and they gave me a nice, huge piece of lettuce, and on a nice plate. One error with my burger, but the manager quickly fixed it and did so with a smile. This is my first time at this location but I love Smashburger, and go to other locations more closely to me.

I visited this location numerous times this fall due to my pregnancy cravings. However, every time I went, service was super slow. When I ordered online before driving there, it was even slower! I had to wait almost 40 minutes for my food! They desperately need new management (not sure if things have improved since I’ve been there last though). Their food is great, but management needs to step things up to be more efficient!

Ordered burgers with fries. Paid extra for avocado. You could barely find the avocado on the burgers. the portion was very small. The fries tasted terrible and the portions were the size of dollar menu fries. Have they ever changed out the oil at this location? The staff were friendly but would bring the food out piece meal and not know what order number the food went with. Literally just asking people if they ordered a particular hamburger and multiple guests claiming it was theirs. Almost had to argue with other guests as to whom the food belonged to since multiple parties ordered the same burger. Bringing out complete orders would alleviate this issue. We received the burgers five minutes apart and did not receive the fries at all. Had to go up and ask for the fries after finishing our burgers only to discover how bad they tasted. I would avoid this location unless it is just you and the order is to go.
