Just received the wrong order TWICE. Both times the receipt was correct, listing the ingredients and everything. Instead, we received plain cheese pizzas that didn’t even have sauce. TWICE. When we called, a person answered and quickly said she would transfer me to the store (fyi the number listed on their site goes to a call center- not the store), but instead just hung up. Unbelievable. Thanks for literally nothing.

So unfortunately this is the closest pizza location to my house and they keep repeatedly messing up my orders and being as uncaring as possible regarding any and all issues, I absolutely suggest avoiding this establishment as much as possible. Any credits/freebies they offer when you bring these issues up don’t exist a week later when you try to use them. Spend your money on something local if possible, this experience has been a reminder to do so. (The credit Incase you’re wondering was for forgetting multiple pizzas for my daughters 5th bday party, just spend your money elsewhere at all cost, the extra few bucks you’ll spend somewhere local will not only be worth it but go towards something good.

Went in there the other day just for breadsticks. When I walked in, I said hello to the girl behind the counter and she responded with “Yes?” I asked if i may order breadsticks and she just sighed loudly, shuffled her feet to the register and said “phone number?” I asked why my phone number was needed for just breadsticks and she snapped and said “I can’t place the order without a phone number.” I didn’t even order the food because I felt like I was inconveniencing her despite the place being completely empty besides her. I just told her she was being rude and walked out. So sorry to ask you to do your job. Girl, if you’re THAT miserable, find a new job.

I called and placed a to-go order. The guy said that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I set a timer and drove there. I waited until the timer went off and then went inside. The food was coming out of the oven. The service was good, and the order was right.

I simply ordered a buffalo chicken melt for delivery a small pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni and pineapple. They only delivered a small cheese pizza no toppings, And they also got the melt wrong. I tried to call them back three times and every time they pick up the phone and hang up in my face. Thanks for the great service guys

Very professional worker named Christopher took my order. When I arrived it was rolling out of the hot and ready to go. There was only two employees working the store and I commend them because they did a wonderful job. My pizzas were nice and crispy and exactly what I needed. I hope these guys get some more staff soon because they deserve a full crew.
