Longtime eatery serving breakfast eats, including giant cinnamon rolls, plus lunchtime sandwiches.

Probably one of the better restaurants in the area – and judging by the number of cars around it, the locals agree. Don’t get me wrong, this place is literally located within a trailer park. And maybe it’s small and a bit run down, but the food is well worth it. It’s not fancy food, it’s “your grandma cooked this and now you just want to lean back, unbuckle your belt, and drift off into an umami slumber” food. I had their breakfast sandwich, which was so big it required two hands. Hashbrowns were crispy. All food at the table was incredible. The only thing I’d say is that the kids chicken strip meal, while the perfect size for kids, was a bit pricey. 9 bucks for 2 clearly previous frozen chicken strips cooked in an air fryer and a small pile of fries seems a bit steep.
I want to mention the floor to ceiling Windows they have along one wall. It’s so clean that it looks like it doesn’t exist, and brings in an incredible of of natural light.
The staff was so friendly and the overall restaurant was charming. I would definitely eat there again and highly recommend it.

Very nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The menu had many family favorites. Seating was quick, but get there before 9:00am because after that people started showing up for brunch and all of the tables were quickly taken. There is outside seating and counter seating also. We ordered cinnamon roll french toast. It was very tasty. Service was great and the atmosphere was friendly and quiet.
Update 27 Sep 2024:
Today we stopped in for breakfast and again were treated to good food and great service. I had the Florentine-Eggs Benedict with Spinach, Hollandaise, & turkey sausage on an English muffin.

Go here for breakfast and the pickle bloodies!
A friend recommended we stop here while visiting Okoboji, and it was absolutely worth it. Tucked away in a cozy neighborhood by the lake, the place feels like a welcoming home, with big windows letting in tons of natural light.
I ordered the pickle Bloody Mary—it was delicious! My husband had the half order of the Hangover, and I went with the Boji Browns, topped with an over-easy egg and hollandaise on the side. We were both completely stuffed because the food was just that good—we couldn’t stop eating!
Highly recommend for a tasty, relaxing breakfast spot in the area.

This was such an unexpected treat! We had trouble finding a breakfast place, especially at 11:45 AM, and stumbled upon this amazing spot. The people were wonderful, the food was all 10/10, and the atmosphere was just the cutest!! We had the cinnamon roll french toast, avocado toast, 3 pancakes (they’re huge!), and split a cinnamon roll at the table. Plenty of food and leftovers, and was not crazy expensive at all. Thanks Chloe for the great service! Highly recommend this awesome spot.

This place is an icon, so I was jazzed to be able to take my mom there on our recent visit to the area. My eggs benedict was yummy and their signature cinnamon roll french toast is very good too. Servers were very friendly and nice. The bathroom was very cold, so be ready for that, if you visit in the Winter.

We loved our breakfasts here! We stayed two nights in Arnolds Park and ate here both mornings. We arrived early (before 8:30) and didn’t have to wait for a table. The food took a little while to arrive, but given our party of 5 and their small kitchen, the wait seemed very reasonable. The restaurant was very clean, with fun vintage decor. We tried a pretty large portion of the menu; some of our favorites were the cinnamon roll French toast, their sausage patties, the omelettes, and the whole grain pancakes. The prices are average if you’re from the city, and the portions were abundant – we always had food to take home. We definitely will return the next time we’re in town!

Highly recommend this place! It has been around forever, and is still super popular.
Our waitress immediately asked us if we wanted the air conditioner vents covered, as it can be quite chilly where they are located, so she did that for us.
I had cinnamon roll french toast. It was delicious. My friend enjoyed her simpler breakfast of eggs, sausage and toast, with coffee. The waitress was extremely attentive, even with all the tables filled. She filled my water bottle for me. Our food came in a very timely manner.
It is not large, but it was fun and enjoyable to be in.

I summered in Okoboji for over 60 years. I love the O’Farrell sisters.
The pies, the cheeseburgers, the sausage biscuits, and the girls made it special in a way that defies description.
When I was a mere kid, I brought in my “catch” and they gladly fried it for me.
Sending much love from the left coast and thanks for decades of hospitality.
