I went in and the team seemed pretty overwhelmed, and that may be due to being understaffed.
However, I ordered a large, hot coffee with oatmilk and received a lukewarm coffee made with milk. Going back in to fix it wasn’t worth the time. You’re better off with the regular gas station coffee.

I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee was made incorrectly. I told them at the window. They remade it, but they still made it wrong (taste wise). It was an ice coffee…. Who puts regular sugar in an iced drink? No one because the sugar does not dissolve in cold drinks. Thinking it was a misunderstanding for the second time, I drove off. I opened my breakfast sandwich. The croissant is visible burnt, but I was thinking I will eat it because I’m hungry and have somewhere I have to be. After biting into it, I realized the stuff on the sandwich was cold to lukewarm. I couldn’t eat it. I decided to just go to the other location here in Dickson. I ordered the exact same thing – the exact same way- and it was correct. Just go to the one in town and not the interstate location.

Went through drive through and ordered 5 drinks, girl at window spilt my sisters coffee at the window in front of me and didn’t offer to remake the drink or even put the whip cream back on that spilt off, all 5 drinks tasted disgusting, the sweet tea just tasted like water.
