This is getting to be a practice at the Dairy Queen of giving substandard service I have had this happen enough times, and my husband agrees with me on this, that even with proof of our purchase we are denied getting the order.we paid for. This proof an itemized receipt showing purchase and still having to wait for the item I
question. Another example is ordering a medium sundae and receiving a small sundae at a medium price. I showed the employee the size of container I should have received which is clearly shown at the counter and he would not agree stating the container is irrelevant and that he weighed the sundae. (Eye roll). I have had several other instances of not receiving the products as promised, enough so that I will not bother coming back to this Dairy Queen

Did not get what I ordered. My burger was so over sauced I couldn’t even eat it. My daughters drink was the wrong flavor and over syruped to the point none of us will drink it. (Not to mention they charged me for a larger size I did not order which whatever its 2 bucks for each drink) I did not get my soda with my meal. We didn’t get our ketchup packs. Overall very upset our experience here and would not stop at this location again!

Had the best experience ever there besides when I worked at a dq but anyway my wife ordered herself a mother’s day ice-cream cake and asked if they could do all chocolate and if they could do double crunch fudge centers and they did it for her she was the happiest mom that day so thank you for doing that for her plus the person that decorated it was amazing looked great as well

Not a huge amount of choice in Central Coty when working long hours.
In busy periods, staffed by high school kids who don’t deliver drive in service well.
No napkins, flat ware or condiments on three visits, despite clear requests.
Not good enough for a national brand.
So, no more.

Went in after a long week of work, I rarely eat fast food, but in a pinch I’ll go in. Ordered some burgers and the blizzard of the month. Burgers were alright, props for that. But that blizzard tasted like a damn banana, and took about 15 minutes to make. I could hear the staff confused on how to make it, but I’m sure chocolate doesn’t taste bananas. Was also never served upside down, I informed staff, staff looked at me didn’t say a word just turned around kept working. If there a standard uphold it better be upheld or I swear to you, wherever you go, there will only be hard to times to come. Take it as a life lesson, because you don’t always get a second chance.

Place was clean and comfortable ice cream always tastes amazing but when I walked in it smelled like someone had a propane heater going was worried about a propane or natural gas leak I’m not ruling out an external source though
