I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza (cheese with extra cheese) with a sandwich and not only was the medium pizza barely bigger than my two hands, there was no extra cheese, and my sandwich had no sauce on or in it… Not funny dominos… Your deals may seem great like a great idea
.. until you get your food that is… .. your food quality and size is horrible and a messed up joke…. your pizzas used to be proper sizes and now I’d rather take my business elsewhere such as Costco, little Caesars, Papa Murphy’s, or papa johns … I shouldn’t have to buy 2 mediums in order to make sure my 2 kids have enough to eat and I sure as heck shouldn’t have to go buy food somewhere else to make sure my family is fed properly just because your business wants to scam customers with a small pizza labeled as a medium and a medium labeled as a large. What a joke.

Food…dry and cold….took forever to get my pizza and the pizza tracker said it was delivered so I drove to dominos to ask where my pizza was…all while calling and being on hold for over 15 mins. When I get there he says the delivery guy had 5 stops and apparently mine was last and if I head home I’ll meet him there. Well, there were people at my house and they said he never knocked or anything….Just sat my pizza on the floor. AND I GAVE THEM A TIP! What was the point in paying for delivery if I had to go out in the cold anyways cause yall wouldn’t answer the phone AND tip you for cold dry pizza you left on the ground. They didn’t offer me anything for my time or inconvenience. NEVER EVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN OR ANY OTHER DOMINOS. BLEW IT FOR ALL OF THEM AND ILL MAKE SURE NO ONE I KNOW WASTES THEIR MONEY WITH YOU GUYS EITHER…spent $40 for pizza we left on the table and didn’t eat. Disgusting

I appreciate them so much. I messed up and place order for a later time and I didn’t realize I did it for tomorrow at 7:15 . I walked in and they without a problem said oh we can start that now. It was done within 15 minutes and I had 4 pizzas. Thank you so much. Everyone in there is super friendly and professional.

I am NOT a happy customer, ordered online garlic twist + cinnamon twist. The appearance wasn’t good, small like last minute dough of the day + garlic twist box was very oily underneath the paper, seeping through, my husband picked it up for me, I called, they wouldn’t replace it, I have to go back tonight. I am sorry my husband drove over 1 hour. I am disappointed that they CAN’T replace it for another day. I took pictures of it – not appealing. Dough does not taste fresh.

We ordered online. Our order was ready on time. The service was very good. Everyone was very polite and friendly. We got the order home and discovered it was a greasy soggy mess. The cheese bread had too much cheese and was soggy. The pizza was so greasy there was grease everywhere. I doubt we would order from this location again.

Ordered from this store before. Placed an order tonight. Paid. Waited an hour for it to say the food is delivered. It wasn’t, so I called the store and the woman says oh I was gonna call you… we canceled your order cause your too far. We live 15 mins up the freeway. Didn’t even have the decency to call and tell us . Terrible customer service and I’ll never eat here again.

I see many other customers feel the same way I do. Our order was late and we were missing the icing for our cinnamon twists. When I called the store and told the manager, he said another will be to us in 20 minutes. I asked if he would compensate anything(after all, we spent $34 on this late and incorrect order) but he said no. We would’ve been satisfied if the icing itself was comp’d. What’s that, 2 bucks? But instead, like most managers that don’t care about keeping a great reputation, making their mistake right and retaining customers, he wouldn’t budge. Our orders have been late from this same store in the past and many other locations had much better service. Our sausage pizza looks sad. There’s maybe 2 pieces of sausage per slice. We are living in a time where a lot of people/families have chosen to stop eating out because it’s gotten too expensive, you’d think they’d treat those of us who still give them business much better than this. I really hope this location takes the time to read reviews and do better. And all this coming from a company who asks for a tip when we submit the order and before services have been rendered in full.
