We’ve passed this food truck on Cassopolis with every intention of stopping so many times and yesterday was the day we finally decided to do it. So happy we did because the food is FANTASTIC! Cooked in front of you, you can smell the meats when he throws them on the grill and all of the ingredients were so fresh. We enjoyed it so much last night that we plan to return tonight to try something else on the menu.

Fabulous food! Very nice, clean, modern truck. We got super tacos. Super is right! Tasty, tender carne asada, beans, and super fresh toppings. They use double tortillas because there’s so much juice, but it’s tough to hold them together. A few seconds in the fryer to stiffen them up might help, but still delicious. Unfortunately their corner location doesn’t allow for any tables to sit at, and very little space to park and eat.

I’ve passed by this truck every day for work. Only just yesterday had some. I got the 3 taco plate which comes with rice and beans. The tacos were good, the beans and rice were fine. Fast service! Support a local business 🙂

Appears to be a nice and well taken care of food truck on Cassopolis st. They have a smaller menu with not a lot of options. Food was good, not the best I’ve had in the area but good. They take online orders, which I took advantage of however when I got home I realized they gave 2 chicken tacos instead of 2 beef. Definitely not the end of the world. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food near Elkhart.
