It is pleasant to stroll by and reminisce of the Patton Alley Pub. However, upon entering this once lively, adored establishment, the mood quickly changes. The food is adequate at best, although price gouging and portion size puts a sheer hault to any enjoyment one would receive from any meal ordered here. I must warn you, the tacos are an absolute joke. They might as well just serve frozen mini tacos just like a Fast N Friendly gas station does. As for service, they seem to be understaffed the handful of times I have visited. I am uncertain if this is a chronic issue due to a lack of employees or just a stroke of bad luck for them. The atmosphere was quaint enough, though a mere shell of what it used to be. 2 stars

The DOP is definitely a 5 stars experience. Been here a few times and it’s always a good vibe. My first visit there was a live band that did not disappoint. Went there another time had karaoke that had no restrictions on what can be sung (unlike other popular karaoke joints). The complimentary billiards is also major plus to the great experience. The bartenders and servers are always on their A game making sure everyone’s satisfied.

They took the entire door off of both of the women’s bathroom stalls. That is absolutely ridiculous, little to no privacy. I don’t even feel safe to go to the bathroom. Not to mention that violates OSHA requirements for all establishments.

Very disappointed with the service and quality of this joint. I understand it will never be Patton alley Pub again, but I was expecting at least something decent. Our bartender was drunk drunk, like refused to give us our drinks and spilt his “amazing creation of a shot” all over the counter after 20 minutes. This place sucks . The server on the bar ignored my friend to play with his phone . The floor is super dirty .we ordered chips with queso and a burger and fries, the chips were so burnt they turned to dust in your mouth .the burger was burnt on one side. Definitely can’t recommend this place. Will not be coming back.

Meh. Maybe I outgrew this location. I used to go here 2x a week when it was Patton Alley Pub when I was in college and the few years after graduation (roughly 2008-2012). I’m now 36 and went there a few weeks ago on a weekend night. Odd seeing the remodeling and such, especially that the bar looked like a train wreck and there being lots of exposed plywood. A small army of police officers camped out nextdoor wasn’t particularly a new sight as that they were posted up there in the past, but it seemed like there were more here than I could remember. Being served in plastic cups was tasteless and trashy. Idk, it felt like my treasured collegiate memories have been razed and replaced. Maybe I’m just not the 21-24 year old age demographic they’re trying to attract, but I really felt disgusted and out of place here. Definitely not Patton Alley Pub. What it is now, I know not.

Unfortunately, I have a similar complaint to one listed previously. I was extremely concerned over a bartender that was highly intoxicated. My tab had issues with 3 different bartenders, as they stated that they mixed my tab with someone else’s. I had to be the one to solve the issue and explain the problem multiple times before it was fixed. This was frustrating and annoying. I was delayed in getting my drinks because they could not find my tab. It was originally excused as I had already closed the tab, when this was not the case. They ended up having to reopen my tab and ask for all my drinks while I waited. It was very disorganized and confusing. I am literally asking you to take my money so I can get drinks, and you’re incapable of doing so. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
