Tacos are delicious. The lengua and cabeza were very tender and flavorful. The tripas were crispy and flavorful. The tortillas were very good. The tacos had a good amount of protein for the price of taco.

Delicious tacos! I ordered 3 tacos de Asada with everything. Double tortilla and decent portions. The tacos came with grilled onions on the side. They also came with chile and carrots en vinagre. The meat was juicy and had lots of flavor. Perfect amount of seasoning and salt. The grilled onions were perfectly cooked and sweet. It complimented the tacos very well. The salsa verde has great flavor. From a scale of 1-10, 10 being the most spicy, I would give the salsa verde a 6. Loved the tacos!

Been living in Central Valley (Fresno) since 2019 after growing up in the Bay Area. This is by far the best tacos I ever had. I really wish this taco truck is closer to Fresno so I could eat here every week. Staff are very nice. I always get the asada tacos and I am never disappointed. The picture shows the delicious asada tacos and an asada torta. I can eat here everyday and be happy camper.

Working in Merced on a business trip, doing a quick search during lunch, decided to give it a try. Seems to be popular with UC Merced students; ran into a few of them while ordering. Ordered 4 taco supremes (2 asada/2 al pastor) with everything, came out to $8. Not bad and they were filling too. Everything means onion, cilantro, salsa verde and a chile en vinagre. Also came with a heaping portion of grilled onions, a nice touch. You have the option of adding any “extras” for 0.50 each, such as grated cheese, sour cream but I didn’t. I like mine as-is. Meat was tasty, not dry. Tacos are served on 2 small “taco style tortillas” (as they should). Tortillas were tasty too – slightly crispy and lightly oiled to make them flexible. They do not sell drinks, you’ll need to go into the liquor store a few feet away (this is the agreement the liquor store and the owner of the taco truck have in place). Would definitely give these a try the next time I’m in Merced.
