They have been understaffed for a while, but it’s gotten absolutely terrible. We’ve been in a couple of times recently where there’s only 1 person working the whole store and their estimated time ready window does not reflect that at all. Your food isn’t even being started until 30+ minutes AFTER the end time of the ready time frame and then you’re getting burnt food because they’ve cut the speed down on the oven so they’re not coming out as fast so they can better keep up. We will not likely be coming back to this location.

Imagine waiting for almost two hours for cold pizza. My order was in “quality check” for 45 minutes with an eta of 10 minuites durring the 45 minutes… I’m deleting the app and won’t be ordering from domino’s again. I see management asking people for feedback on here, just get people their food and be transparent about wait times. I literally had time to wait for over an hour and go get something else come back and eat before the driver showed up.
Do yourself a favor and order from Mozza they will have your food delivered fast and fresh.

Order pizza over 45 mins ago with no tracker update. I have been on the phone trying to contact the store for over 10 mins and they won’t answer. If ur busy it’s fine. Just answer the phone and I’ll cancel the order but I don’t have an option on the app to do so. U have to answer the phone at least

I ordered a pizza through Doordash, ironically it was cheaper than going through the domino’s app. Placed my order and received my food. My pizza was wrong. I tried to call and there was bad connection. So I go to the store. Long story short he would not replace my order that was wrong. I ordered the “Meatzzz” and it came with no topping. I even showed him the ticket. He stated we can only replace what was ordered and it come across with no toppings. I was like that makes no sense. Why would I order a Meatzzz with not toppings. And be charged for a load pizza and get nothing on it. He was unyielding and I left defeated with a naked pizza.

we placed an order for delivery well before the closing time at midnight and we immediately got a call that they had no drivers?? the order was refunded so no real harm was done and i understand being short staffed but how as pizza place that regularly does deliveries do you not have any delivery drivers? that’s like the whole point of these fast food pizza places is to have delivery and why is there the ability to still order delivery if there are no drivers that can and should be turned off.

Love the drive through! They’ve always had my pizza correct. The food is Domino’s so if you don’t know what you’re getting that’s on you.

Placed an order and the pizza was incorrect. I spoke with the manager and he stated he would refund me back my money and actually never got refunded. The money got took out my account. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this one. I understand accidents happen but don’t say you will refund me and don’t.

Order online and go to pick up only to find out hasn’t even made it to the oven yet. Online said was ready. Tried to say it might get in in 30 mins. After the original 20 that was online stated. Plus stand at the counter for 5 mins before anyone even helps while atleast 5 employees are walking around ignoring the front counter.

After watching my order via the app sit in an oven for over an hour I stopped over. It had been sitting on the shelf for over 30 mins. I informed the bearded fellow that the app isn’t working correctly and to report it. With distain he replied I need to call corporate it’s not his problem.
