Not bad for a lunch or dinner while you’re at the campground. Great view of the lake while you eat. Cheese curds we’re really good and liked the ice cream selection. The rest of the food was standard fried diner food, nothing stood out to me.

We ordered take out and the burgers were absolutely delicious. Atmosphere is right on the lake with a bar. They even have hard ice cream. Definitely visit when you are in the area!

Six of us all enjoyed our meals here after a long day of packing, traveling and unpacking. We were served quickly. The service was great, the owner chatted with us too, and most of us just had to have ice cream to top of our meals.

My husband and I love their bone in chicken wings. We get the BBQ flavored ones! I also meet on Wednesday nights for Wimpy Burgers! We have a group who meets there and very Wednesday!! Dylan is a new waiter and is wonderful. We do miss Theresa Hand. She always went out of her way to make sure we were happy! We are still blessed to have Sid, Theresa’s daughter, to wait on us. Sid is a sweetheart!!

Young lady working the restaurant side as waitress should not be a waitress. As she was writing down our orders, I knew they were going to be wrong. I repeated my order twice because I knew she was messing it up, and my order still came wrong. Had to wait 10 minutes for dressing for my salad as the rest of our group ate. Four adults and three kids, only two things ordered were correct. One being a pizza. Had to get our own napkins, and had to ask for silverware. Had to walk to the bar to ask what beers they had. Got cocktail sauce instead of marinara for mozzarella sticks. At the end of the poor service found that they added a 20% service fee on to our bill. Hate to say it because I love the view of the lake, and love supporting local businesses, but don’t plan on going back except maybe for a beer.

I revised my review to a 2.5 to 3 star. When the new owner took over last year, we were impressed with the quality of food served and rated it a 4 star. The staff has always been great. The last few times we’ve been there, the food has not been as good. The owner is a very good cook but he doesn’t appear to be there. So it appears someone else is doing the cooking. We will try again but maybe not for awhile.

Food was great, the staff was warm and welcoming which made me feel immediately at home. In fact a waitress stopped in on her day off for something and happen to see that I was in need of help and snapped into action to help me. Its on the lake with an amazing view of the sun setting behind Mount Hood Ahhhhh what more could you want. I just moved in across the lake from Lucky’s and couldn’t be happier to not have to leave Pine Hollow to find good food, great service, a smile with a hometown feel. A++
