I ordered two pizzas yesterday. The toppings were clearly wrong. The crust was so hard. I couldn’t even eat it as a throw it away. I literally could’ve had better Pizza out of a box that was frozen.. waste of money .

We had 3 pizza melts and they were greasy n not hot it was supposed to be meat lovers but it had mostly sausage only .
The delivery person was great love her energy.
Next time l will just get a regular stuff crust pizza with all meats,

My coworkers and l ordered from Pizza Hut we spent $30. We just contacted them to see if in deed they were going to remedy the order after speaking to someone today they offered only $5 . We spent $30 plus to just throw the pizza in the trash. Their customer service was very poor offering a lousy $5.
We won’t recommend your store to others base on the customer service we received over the phone, Good Lucky.

Received order through delivery, pizzas, and breadsticks looked good but I think they are undercooked a bit, the boneless wings were supposed to be garlic Parmesan.. they were just breaded and the container was sloppy with sauce but nothing on the actual wings. Usually order from a couple of different places but haven’t tried Pizza Hut in awhile and gave it a shot..

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t know what has happened to this restaurant, but it’s sure gone downhill! Customer service is sub par. We complained to management about our pizza being over cooked and that they forgot our sauce for wings. I said I’d pay to deliver the sauce which I was told would be the 5.00 delivery fee plus tax, totaling 6.50. Well, 45 min later delivery driver came with NO sauce still! The pizza was better this time, but why no sauce that we paid 6 bucks for? And the best they said they could do then was a 2.00 coupon!! So, wings with no sauce tonight, money spent and lesson learned. Avoid this place! What a shame!

Placed an order via the Pizza Hut app. I kept refreshing to see my order was more than just received. After it still read received when my order should have been delivered already, I called the location. I held for 10 minutes because I selected 2 to check on an existing order. I had to hang up and call as if placing a new order. The very rude and unprofessional woman on the phone said that my order just went out and that I should be receiving in 20 minutes. I asked if the app is not working and she said they don’t communicate via app because they fired their drivers and only use door dash (even though my order was not via door dash). I let her know that I am over due my delivery and she responded well if you don’t receive it in 20 mins call us back. When I asked what happens then and she responded with, we will make your order again, bye, click. Mind you it is already after 10pm at this point and this is to feed my kids after an all day football tournament that we are in town for. Maybe if the woman on the phone wasn’t so stank this review could have been avoided.

My wife and I haven’t dined in at Pizza Hut in years. We decided to try this location and it was wonderful. although the red checker table cloths are gone the pizza is still as amazing as ever and the service at this location is terrific. I highly recommend it.

My dad had ordered breadsticks for him & my mother while he’s currently in the hospital, they were dry as chips because they forgot to put the butter oil on it and weren’t serrated properly so they were hard to break apart. The quality was awful, the manager was disengage and unappreciative of my concern, as well as condescending and unapologetic. Drive a little farther to go to someone who has better quality control and customer service and appreciates somebody spending their hard earned money there. She made it a point to tell me she didn’t own the store and it was acorporate owned store. No wonder the problems that are there. I will never shop there again!

Hand toss pepperoni with minimal marinara, asked for extra.
Hard times guess they can’t do extra sauce.

Going to stick with the pizza Hut in Palm Bay Way better they don’t do delivery.

I have been pizza huts biggest fan since my youth! Pan crust pepperoni lovers is so fabulous I eat it multiple times a week! That being said between app issues and the customer service 65 bulldog blvd Melbourne, I seriously considered taking my business to one of the other chains! What happened to treating the customer like they were valued? the app is horrible! Won’t let you use rewards without a 20 minute wait to their customer service department, and the employees at bulldog make you feel as if your beneath them for asking for help resolving any issues! I wasn’t a rude customer as I asked for help, and really feel like pizza hut could & should do much better…dissatisfied long-time loyal customer here who is highly considering other options! (Crazy because I LOVE THEIR PIZZA, but there’s so much more to business than just the product)

I haven’t had Pizza hut in years. My neighbor was going and he asked if I wanted to grab a pizza too and I figured why not. Now I remember why I stopped going. It is the worst pizza, period. It was so greasy, the bottom of the whole pizza was soggy with it and gave me heartburn within minutes of eating it. I’m sorry but it was just awful. I threw most of it away.
