This Chipotle location is consistently disappointing. I’ve ordered from here about five times in the past month, and the quality has been poor every time. Just look at the $6 guacamole—it’s filled with large, oxidized brown chunks of avocado. It’s unappetizing. The food overall is subpar and always packaged sloppily. I won’t be coming back. From now on, I’ll be going to the location across town.

They give very small portions now. You can ask for more, but the staff seems annoyed.

I’m not sure if this is a new Chipotle policy, a decision at this specific location, or just a mistake by the staff — but the portions they give are noticeably small.
Other reviewers have said the same thing, so it doesn’t seem like a one-time issue.

If you ask for more food, they usually give it without charging extra. However, the staff often look unhappy or act cold, which makes the experience uncomfortable.

Chipotle used to be known for generous portions. If they suddenly cut back, customers will feel disappointed and even angry. That kind of change could end up helping their competitors. I hope they realize this and adjust accordingly.

Just picked up our order on Oct. 30th @ 7:10pm. We got 5 tacos and each one literally had 3 pieces of chicken. It was shocking honestly haha. When you’re spending $20 on tacos you kind of expect to get the meat…especially since the app says it’ll have a certain amount of calories. so yeah. After driving 15 minutes home we opened it up to see that. We won’t be returning to this location I guess.

Update: We have contacted through the page the owner shared and have not heard back.

Don’t plan on eating here anywhere close to closing time. I got here a few minutes before 9:00pm. One hour before they close and they were already out of certain items and was told they would not be replenishing due closing an hour away. Next everyone was busy cleaning up to close. I guess so they can walk out the door right at 10:00pm. Also they will make you gather up your meal and move to another table so they can store their outside stuff.

BEST Chipolte in Folsom/entire area by far!
Victor and Ryan were so helpful and saved me $ by telling me I can buy “just a side of chicken”! Every other time I’ve gotten just chicken, I get charged for a bowl and it’s so frustrating

So I sat here and had TWO sides of chicken dipped in hot sauce, yeah I like it like that

I then made an order to take home for my better half, and they made his custom “off menu” order just as he likes it

This spot was super busy too while I was here and all the employees were smiling, happy and not stressed at all, just a totally different atmosphere here than the other Chipotle’s around.

I’ll go out of my way to come to this one from now on.

I ordered my food through Grubhub, but I forgot to include the vegetables and sour cream. I politely asked one of the male staff members if I could get what was missing, since he was the one who had prepared it. Instead of responding, he just looked annoyed, ignored me, and walked to the back. I then noticed him with other male staff members, laughing and talking in a way that felt like they were making fun of me.

As an Asian customer with an accent, I couldn’t help but feel like I was being disrespected and possibly discriminated against. They didn’t answer my question, didn’t acknowledge me, and treated me as if I wasn’t even worth responding to. That level of rudeness is shocking, and it left me feeling extremely uncomfortable.

Thankfully, another staff member eventually came to ask what I needed and gave me the items, but the initial treatment I received was unacceptable. Being ignored, mocked, and disrespected by multiple staff members is not something I’ve ever experienced before, and it completely ruined what should have been a simple food order.

Good stuff in my burrito bowl with available seating outside. Tried a new steak short name GG and it was ok – but had some gristle bits in a few bites which I set aside on my napkin and fed to my did LuLu. She loved it. Next time back to barbacoa.

Of course the food was good, but there was ONLY one person doing everything. Ppl at the back, other ppl eating on a table, etc. I was literally 3rd in line and had to wait for like 15-20 minutes.

Would like to give a special thanks to the cashier for comping my dinner. During checkout my Apple Pay wasn’t working and was pulling up a blank screen. Left my wallet at home and the only way to pay was on my phone. After a few attempts and restarting my phone, I finally got it to work and wanted to pay for it but the cashier said she already comped the meal. Thanks for the awesome customer service and generosity!
