We came here for a dinner date and left genuinely impressed. The food was excellent—beautifully plated, perfectly cooked, and the flavors felt thoughtful and restaurant-quality (not just “good for Tallahassee,” but truly great). Our entrées were hearty and comforting without being heavy, and everything from the sauce to the sides tasted fresh and well-seasoned.
The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting—rustic in the best way, with a charming dining room that feels special without being stuffy. Service was the real standout: attentive, friendly, and paced perfectly. Drinks stayed filled, timing was on point, and we felt taken care of the whole night.
Absolutely a new favorite for a date night. We’ll be back.

Charming restaurant with inside and a huge outdoor dining area. Relatively small menu but daily specials. Very good food and service. Started with homemade bread and a very good sun dried tomato olive oil.
I tried the Shrimp Zeke, jumbo gulf-shrimp sautéed with tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh garlic, basil and white wine over angel hair pasta. Really liked it.

Hands DOWN some of BEST Italian food I’ve had in the USA. The homemade gnocchi, the homemade bread, the chicken piccata all EXCELLENT!! I cannot WAIT to guy back and try more dishes.

The staff went above and beyond with their customer service to include our sever Sarah— super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint, making it the perfect spot for a nice dinner out. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for genuine Italian food and great vibes!

This has been on my list for a long time and I’m so glad we finally went. We will be returning. The online menu is just the beginning of what they offer, they have a ton of specials. I thought I knew my order before our wonderful server told us the specials. We ended up getting all 3 of the small plate/appetizer specials and the house made gnocchi (on menu) to share and my daughter had the kids pizza (huge and tasty, we will be trying more pizza!). By the way, they have a kids menu! That is very refreshing for families that want to go out for a nice dinner with their well behaved picky eaters. My daughter was so excited to go to a nice restaurant and not feel out of place. Our server (Preston I believe) was amazing and was so sweet to my very talkative daughter. They have a lovely outdoor area but it’s just too hot for me right now so we dined indoors and the ambiance was very nice. All of our food was delicious. All in all, very great first experience and we can’t wait to return. Also, my daughter wanted me to say 10/10.

We chose this restaurant expecting a higher-end Italian dining experience based on its reputation and the nice building. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time, largely due to the service.
When we sat down and reviewed the menu, we noticed there was no ravioli or pizza listed, even though both clearly appear on the restaurant’s website. When we asked our waiter about it, he told us those items were “only on the kids’ menu.” He then said he could make it happen for us, but only in kids’ portions. Well.
When he brought the so-called “kids’ menu,” it clearly listed pizza with multiple toppings and small, medium, and large sizes, in other words, a completely normal pizza menu. If it was simply on a different menu, why not just say that? The whole interaction felt dismissive and frankly insulting.
The food itself didn’t make up for the experience. Everything was mediocre at best, and the blueberry cheesecake tasted worse than something straight out of a freezer.
For a restaurant that markets itself as upscale, both the service and the food were deeply disappointing. We won’t be coming back.

I went to Z. Bhardi’s for the first time after wanting to go for quite some time now. The ambience was lovely and dare I say romantic. The bread and oil were fantastic (best in town?). I had the Veal Piccata which was also wonderful; the lemon really came through in the dish. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. Worth it to me and I will be back!

My wife and I love this restaurant. Not our first visit. And definitely not our last. We are people watchers. We watched the interchange and social interaction of the wait staff with clients. Oh my goodness. We were so impressed. The wait staff knew the name of a sweet lady behind us and treated her like one of their own.
The food is always out of this world and so fresh. We have tried differing items and we do believe this establishment to have a seasonal menu.
This time we enjoyed the stuffed pepper with spicy marinara appetizer. The peppers are grown on sight. I had the roasted pepper salad and my wife had the snapper. Both dishes were superb. The wait staff is educated on the menu and can answer any questions or concerns.
