Told to “bear with us” as soon as we pull up to the speaker. Had to repeat orders 3 times for each meal. After we paid almost 30 dollars for our food, we were told we’d have to park and wait for them to bring it out. It wasn’t even busy. Maybe 2 cars in front of us at the drive through (one of them waiting ahead as well). After waiting almost 30 minutes had to walk inside and grab my bag. Everything was in containers. So we figured it was good to go. Later to find out (after we got home) we only had 1 side for a 3 peice combo and no side for a sandwich combo. Bought my daughter a kids meal and her mac and cheese was burnt and chicken nuggets were pitiful size and burnt to crisps. Surprised they remembered our drinks. Last time we’ll ever order anything from there.

After waiting 20 minutes for food to get cooked I pull back through to order and I waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes for my order to still be wrong. Soggy chicken, pot pie flipped over just a mess in the bag and not a single sauce,honey or butter was given after being asked twice.

I ordered a 12 pcs. original recipe meal with 3 large sides and unfortunately it was the worst chicken I’ve ever had from a KFC. 7 PCs of chicken went in the trash untouched and most of what we put on our plates didn’t get finished. While I know original recipe isn’t really crispy, this chicken was almost slimy, so greasy, and didn’t quite taste how all the KFC chicken I’ve had in the past tasted. I can’t really articulate how it just tasted off, and had an almost rubbery texture to the meat. This could just be a crappy batch of chicken as I’ve gotten raw chicken from Kroger and Walmart that is rubbery after cooking on occasion as well. The mashed potatoes had a weird color and the texture was that of too much instant potatoes in the water, the biscuits were so crumbling, yet somehow still doughie, the gravy also was like too much gravy mix for the water used as it was almost jelly like, the coleslaw was the coleslaw, and the wedges were good, but the rest left everything to be desired. The young girl at the window was very nice, and the service was fast, but that means less when the food was not for the most part.

Went through the drive thru none of them could get any of the food correct… Then the worker was pissy saying she can’t find it on the screen…. took 3 workers to get are food ordered. They had us pull up after giving us are drinks only gave us 2 straws and 3 drinks. told us to pull up to the door and we waiting now are food cold never and would not recommend eating there again

I’m confused on how and why this place is still in business. I don’t understand why it’s an issue EVERY single time I come to his specific location. The service here is very horrible and even when it’s not busy the lobby is nasty. At this point just SHUT THEN PLACE DOWN!

This review is for the KFC in Fremont, Ohio
KFC is open again, minus Long John Silvers. . But they did bring back the buffet ☺, which doesn’t mean as much to me since my WLS .
But it is KFC and it was good. The cost was under $10 which includes drink, so not too bad.
Let me run down some if the items on the bar: Original and crispy chicken, BBQ pulled chicken. (sorry no buns for sandwiches except biscuits) cole slaw, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, macaroni and potato salad, baked beans, green beans, corn, stuffing, biscuits, country fried steak and white gravy(cfs was cut into smaller pcs if you just want a taste), vanilla and chocolate pudding, bread pudding (loved it), chocolate mousse, and I think I remember seeing a guy eating sliced peaches. I’m sure I missed an item or two, but that gives you the general gist. I would have loved livers and gizzard but you can’t have everything… I guess.
Overall I enjoyed the experience, however for my new stomach I probably could have done with a two piece meal, but the price wouldn’t have been that much lower and wouldn’t have included the drink. With the buffet I can get a taste of a few sides, instead of just two, and I can get the pieces of chicken I want in the style I want.
If you’re a big eater, or just want a little bit of several things, KFC can fill that order.

Worst KFC ever. I ordered takeout at 12:30 pm. Looked like and tasted from the previous evening. Burnt, dry and greasy with no flavor but that didn’t surprise me. If you had less than one star it wouldn’t deserve that. Disgusting.

I’m not the complaining type, I’m really not, but yikes. For weeks this place has been going downhill. Every time I order extra crispy chicken, it’s bland and flavorless, like they forgot how to season it. If I order the original recipe, it literally crumbles off the chicken. The Mac and cheese is always ALWAYS cold and bland, and the mashed potatoes are always just kind of lukewarm.
Ordered Nashville hot chicken and got what you see in the picture… Took it back and got the same thing again, but at least it was fresh this time? Not hot at all. It’s like whoever was making it had no idea what this looks like. The fries were cold and hard, they remade those fresh at least. I ordered a famous bowl as well, which was cold and the cheese was one solid piece. Had something hard in it that hurt my tooth and ruined my appetite. The employee told me she didn’t blame me for bringing it back, but the manager actually tried to convince me it was okay despite looking right at it.
But hey, they gave me two packaged cookies as an apology. Yay.

The atmosphere was good… it was the ladies’ restroom that needed a lot of attention! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time! The sink was a horrible mess! It was disgusting!! I had to use toilet paper to turn on the water because the handle was so gross!! And the sink itself wasn’t much cleaner! The floor was dirty, the walls had seen better days, and i used my sleeve to open the door handle to leave! I told the lady working the register, and she said she would tell the manager.
