I have been to several hibachi style restaurants, and this one was a great experience!
This place was recommended to me by a friend, and he said ask for Jason!

I did just that, and what a host and great evening!! Very outgoing and welcoming. Was great with family and the kids, and overall an excellent chef!
The presentation was spot on, including humor and great crowd interaction. Overall very enjoyable! Must go in hungry and ready for a great experience and some laughs! Laugh, eat, and enjoy! Thanks Jason, we’ll see you next time!

Food was great, our hibachi chef was awesome. The interior of the restaurant is a little dated and the chairs around the grills are extremely worn out. Hardly any cushions left, you could feel all the wood in the chair..
Otherwise, great time!

Dining here was an enjoyable experience that blended great flavors with entertaining presentation. The meal began with a light soup and fresh salad, both simple but a good start to the evening. The main highlight was, of course, the hibachi grill. The chef prepared everything right in front of us with skill and humor, creating an engaging atmosphere for the whole table.

The steak, chicken, and shrimp were cooked to order and seasoned well, with a nice balance of savory flavors. Vegetables were fresh and slightly crisp, complementing the fried rice and noodles. Portions were generous, making it easy to share or take leftovers home.

Excellent seafood and atmosphere. The 24.99 All You Can Eat lunch special is a great deal if you enjoy good sushi. Best I’ve had since moving to Colorado from Japan!

Update: spoke with Owner/manager, very understanding and accommodating. Appreciate the interest in customer feedback and will absolutely give it another shot.

A great hibachi chef undermined by a rushed and disappointing dining experience.
My party was seated promptly, and our hibachi chef was fantastic, providing excellent service and a fantastic show. The food was good, particularly the seafood, though it could have benefited from a bit more seasoning.
Unfortunately, the experience was completely derailed by the speed at which the entire meal was rushed. For a hibachi dinner where we expected a dining experience, being turned around in just 32 minutes was incredibly disappointing.
The rush started early and never let up:
Salad served with soup a minute later.
Immediately after our hibachi dinner was served, my daughter received her birthday dessert complementary, nice touch but it was ice cream, even though she had only taken a couple of bites of her main course.
After the “Happy Birthday” song and the dessert service were completed, our server brought the check, stating “no rush.”
Less than three minutes later, she returned with to-go boxes while we still had full drinks and barely-touched dinner plates.
Just five minutes after that, she again asked to take the check, causing me to question the earlier “no rush” comment.
Spending $30–$50 per person on a hibachi experience comes with the expectation of enjoying the meal and the show. Instead, we felt pressured and rushed from start to finish. Because the service experience was so poor, despite the fantastic chef, I do not believe we will be returning. However some people may appreciate the speed, I do at times but it’s $12 burrito not a pricey birthday celebration with my family.

Our server was Jason (with a Y) and he was really funny. Great food and the portions were plenty to take home. We had steak, chicken, salmon, scallops, and shrimp. All around solid guy who not only made jokes, but laughed at my parent’s bad one’s 10/10 recommend and ASK FOR JASON (with a Y).

Props for being the only sushi restaurant open at 3:00 pm in Parker on a Thursday afternoon. Their prices are reasonable, and the service was solid. My wife ordered the L15. Sushi and Sashimi Combo Lunch Special and the chef went all out with his presentation. The miso soup and salad appetizers were unremarkable, but she loved the sashimi and left no bite behind on the main plate. I started with the shumai, which was mediocre, but the two baked rolls I chose almost made me forget about it. I picked their Volcano Roll which consists of Tuna, salmon, yellowtail with spicy mayo, eel sauce, scallion and fish eggs on top. First Volcano roll, i think I’ve ordered that actually looked like an actual volcano… also had just enough spice and great flavor. It was the best thing served during this late lunch. Next was the Mt.Fuji Special Roll (Baked & Deep Fried) loaded with crabmeat, avocado, cucumber, topped with baked fish, shrimp, onion, scallion, and carrot, which was pretty damn good, all around, in it’s own right. I recommend dodging the appetizer menu and sticking to their specialties. The damage from the bill was light, and we left satisfied.

Stopped in for lunch while staying at a nearby hotel for a business seminar. Loved this place. Food was great. Chef was entertaining. Usually dine at Benihana but this was a great change if scenery. Heard about Mt Fuji via several friends and business associates. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. From my experience so far it’s a much shorter wait than Benihana. I always recommend the hibachi grill over the typical dining room experience. Stop by and check them out.
