This is the worst Dukin on the face of the planet. The manager in training was very nice but the 2 little girls that were working were awful and should never be customer facing. I was appalled by their behavior. I’ll go to Starbucks from now on.

Nice and clean. Staff looks very professional walking around in headsets. It is more of a coffee shop/ Internet cafe than a donut shop. Nice selection of coffee. Lots of tables. They do sell ice cream. But don’t expect a big selection of donuts.

My order was great accurate and was everything I expected the only issue I have is with the service. It doesn’t always happen but there has been a few occasions in which the was just plain awkward. The staff didnt want to be there and you could tell not only in their body language but by the attitude as well. They still made my order and it was correct but you could really tell they didnt want to and the only other issue I had is the store itself seems like they constantly run out of popular flavors of ice cream a lot and can be frustrating especially when you order ahead in the app and when you get to the store to pick up your order you get told they dont have it and they ran out a few days ago and you still get told the exact same thing when you choose another flavor. I just wish they could inform the customers of that kind of thing someway to avoid the whole ordeal altogether.

I used to love this place when they first opened. Now you can’t get a hot drink. My husbands black coffee with butter pecan flavoring is cold. My latte is even colder. I just opened the lid and it is flavored milk. Thers no coffee even in it. None.

Showed up about 930pm to get coffee before work. First employee came on asked if I would be using my app. Then a second employee cut in and told me that the store was closed. Weird cause your website says 10 pm.. and there were other customers parked out front. Please either fix your hours or speak to your employees. I was having a bad enough start to my day and not being able to get coffee before a 3rd shift job just makes it worst.

The biscuits were not cooked completely. It was basically raw dough on a piece of processed chicken for about 4$. First and last time my family will go to this establishment. Oh and every phone number both online and from 411 had a number listed that was disconnected. The 800 # was a waste of time, the person I talked with asked me for the business address… I’m not Dunkin donuts!!! Shouldn’t the company have a directory of there franchises? Poor quality from food preparation to customer service.

The moment we walked in the building there was clearly inappropriate music being played and there was some kind of burning smell that you could smell the kid clearly pulled his phone out of his pocket and stopped the music not to mention having his hat on backwards. The Banana Split we got they did not cut the banana in half the hot fudge that she was putting on top of it was clearly empty she was using a plastic spoon to try to get it out. She had whispered to the other gentleman to come and take the burnt waffle cone out as he took it out and threw it what looked to be into the trash he picked up cleaning solution and sprayed on the counter and then wiped it walked to the back then to front to start up order still have the same glove on reached it down into the ice and then that’s when I started asking questions if he was not going to wash his hands but he quickly handed the drink out the window…

This dunkin is by far the best dunkin around! The women are always so friendly! I have become a regular to this dunkin because they always get it right and have great service. I get the butter pecan iced coffee and it always tastes so good. If you want good iced coffee and food with great service i recommend this dunkin!
