We showed up and we’re seated promptly, ordered quickly. Waited an hour for our main course. The table next to us had been there an hour and a half and still hadn’t gotten their food. Their kids were cranky and hungry. When our food came out my husband and sons chicken parmigiana was dry both chicken and noodles. My lasagna was burnt on the bottom. I told the manager for the wait and the price I expected a higher quality of food. They did take all three meals off of our check as we sent them back. We will not be back.

Treated like a second class citizen after people with a reservation showed up. Table of 2 ordered 10 minutes before a table of 10 with reservations. Reservation people got their food first and actually had their waitress check on them, unlike us.

Make sure you have the waiter tell you how much the specials are! We went recently and the waitress told us about 2 specials. She did not tell us the prices. We ordered one. Turns out the special entree was $60, almost twice as much as any entree on the menu. I think it’s the responsibility of the serving staff to give the prices and not be the responsibility of the guests to ask. Especially when the special is this much more than others entrees. I called to talk to the manager. His comment was that the waitress did a good job of selling the higher priced entrees! There was no sales job here but a lack and withholding of important information! The manager blamed us for not asking. Although I told him we have been there many times, he could have cared less. Last time we go to Boccas if this is how they treat customers!

It was my 2nd time being here! My partners 1st. He was AMAZED! The atmosphere is nice, dim lights as expected for such a good rated restaurant! But the tables are too close to each other. LITERALLY elbow to elbow. The food was fine…but not great or even exceptional. I’m not sure if they meant to, but my partner and I had noodles that were NOT fully cooked. He got the basic Chicken Parmigiana. Limited him on sauce, even tho I asked for extra sauce for the appetizer but gave it back. Thinking the meal would actually have enough sauce!! My meal was subpar, I got the rigatoni with Italian sausage. Too greasy/oily, and the noodles weren’t fully cooked. It was Ash Wednesday, so everyone had crosses on their forehead, and it was so loud! Our server was very attendant, and was kind enough to check on us every 10 minutes(I counted) The lights kept flickering, which is subject to a seizure, if they even knew anything about that! The food is good, mediocre. I will go back, bc my partner enjoyed every aspect of it, and could see it as our anniversary dining from then on.

Bocca is one of our go to spots in NWA. The food is superb and consistent! The staff is very accommodating. We love to pick up the family packs. The house pappardelle is a dish that I crave!
The chicken parmigiana is a family favorite. Salads are a work of art. House salad is my favorite. But we are split in our household on the Caesar as a the fave! One more item that will make you dream…the bread, butter and roasted garlic! It is to die for!!!!!

Very delicious!! The food was amazing, one of the top italian food places in NWA in my opinion! I’d suggest the meatballs as an appetizer they’re very good and huge! Can’t wait to come back

We waited almost 1.5 hours for our meal. And when it arrived it was unsatisfactory. Ravioli was hard and my friends chicken was burnt on his chicken Parmesan. Service was terrible. Food was terrible manager said he would make it right with comp my meal which I did not get to eat. And would bring out tiramisu as a courtesy. Waitress never brought it out and then we had to bring it to our attention and bring it.

I ordered the shrimp and crab ravioli, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was great. The waitress was very attentive. The food came out relatively quickly for how busy they were and for the freshness of the dishes. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The complimentary bread was hot and the garlic and butter provided with it tasted so good. I will definitely eat here again.

The lasagna bolognese and chicken fettuccine alfredo were very good, but we ended up waiting about 45 minutes for our food and the waitress only came to our table a handful of times to refill our water and bring us our food.
The food here is solid but I can understand the bad reviews talking about long waits and mediocre service. I understand it was pretty busy tonight but for this to be happening often enough that it comes up as often as it does in reviews then that’s not the best look.

Our first visit, We enjoyed the meatball appetizer, ordered Chicken Piccata & Lasagna for our main course with the absolute best Tiramisu. The is the best Italian food in Fayetteville. We arrived at 5pm when it opened, and there were already people waiting to get in. Loved the menu, and our food was well prepared, fresh, and very good. We recommend
