I ordered a large order to be picked up at 1:30 on Sunday 1/11/26. I checked in at exactly 1:30 and I had to ask 3 times when was my chicken order going to be ready. No real answers. I’m still here at 2:15 and still no chicken. I swear, if I hadn’t already paid for it, I’d leave. Employees act like they don’t care a bit. I’ll never be back here. I hope other locations are better than this one.

I purchased an online order and made it home w food and chicken was uncooked. I order extra crispy and it looked as if they didn’t pull the chicken apart to fry it. The skin was mushy and uncooked. There aren’t many KFCs left in Baton Rouge so I wasn’t about to drive back across town to bring back. I did get to eat my mash potato and biscuit. The chicken I had to throw in trash.

I just moved down here to Baton Rouge and I was craving some KFC. I was kind of skeptical because it’s 10 minutes away from my house and I was like I just hope it’s worth the drive getting off work in the mood for Chicken some hot fresh chicken.. The customer service was 10 out of 10. My food was given to me quick and was hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this location to anyone because of the hospitality and the professionalism that was held throughout my entire experience. The only thing I didn’t like is the Baja blast I had ended up getting it frozen and it taste so tart like they need to clean the filter. I could not drink it at all. I had to discard it.
However, the food I almost turned around and got a 10 piece because I only ordered a four piece. It’s so fresh and so good and then a customer service. Thank you guys for the nice experience…. i’m just appreciative because it’s so hard to go through a drive-through in Baton Rouge at a fast food restaurant and they give you fresh food and it taste like it’s been cooked recently rather than just sitting there I’ve had so many bad experiences ! BUT with this location. WON ME OVER

Smokers lip lady in the drive through tells me there’s a 20min wait on chicken. And guest are unable to place orders in the drive though for chicken we have to wait for. Wow, what an inconvenience for fast food chicken! She must hate her job. Sorry to that lady, hope you find a job you enjoy..

Worst food I’ve ever ordered or consumed. The best thing out of my entire order was the side of corn. CORN the corn was the best part. The chick was cold and probably old. The fries were hard and cold as well. They had nothing they needed and don’t tell you they don’t have it until you get back in line. I placed a mobile order that wasn’t ready when arrived. The announcer asked what I wanted had to say that I was picking up a mobile order then told to go to the second window. Go to the second window only to be told to pull around front and wait. Only to wait while watching numerous cars come and go. The food is finally brought to the car, get back in line (bc the inside is being remolded) wait another length of time to be told the items that were missing is bc they don’t have them in stock. Why not communicate that, rather than just giver what you have? Those items cost money and should have been made know upfront that they were unavailable. This location needs to be shut down like the rest. Then there’s no way to contact anyone about it.

Horrible experience!!!! Went to kfc Taco Bell on Lobdell and they gave me SUPER OLD FOOD!! I’m talking so old it looks like it has been sitting for days. I asked the lady for a refund and they tell me to pull around to the front and took my original receipt. They had another worker come and asked me if I wanted Taco Bell instead and I said I wanted a refund. The lady then proceeded to bring the same chicken that was in the 20 dollar fill up box I just ordered and said that it has been made fresh. If I would have took that food home I probably would have had good poisoning. They were laughing like it was a game probably because they couldn’t steal my Apple credit card number they literally had my card in the back for about 15 minutes I am not making this up. Just look at the ice cold pictures below because that’s the temperature it was when it was handed to me and I was the only customer there.
