I’ve come to this panda several times now. I’m not sure if something changed with the chow mein but every single time I’ve gotten it, it’s been like 70% cabbage 30% noodles… not what I’m really looking forward to when I’m ordering chow mein. I’m sure it’s not quite as bad ratio’s and just depends on what they’re grabbing, but it shouldn’t be that bad consistently.
I tried moving over to half fried rice and my experience with that was just as bad. It’s basically just white rice with a couple veggies. You can literally still see clumps/majority of the rice still white with a little bit of it with light brown shades. Just feels like there’s 0 effort.
Customer service has been pretty good every time I’ve gone, but overall, not impressed.

I got a say this Panda Express is better than the one we have in our home city. The servings are bigger than the one in Logan, UT. Just that can be a better experience as a customer. We’ll try to pass again whenever we’re in the area for sure.

I love Panda it is great! This time I tried the pepper chicken for the first time. Normally I get the same thing, but I decided to branch out and it was actually really good! I would recommend trying it! The chicken was cooked perfectly and there wasn’t too much pepper to overpower it. Will definitely have it again. And the angus steak my husband tried, and he loved it! All cooked to perfection.

What to order: orange chicken, broccoli beef (when it’s fresh), honey sesame chicken, and the sweetfire chicken are all well worth your time. This is a super clean location, and I’ve never had an issue with the service.

I wasn’t going to leave a review, but when I went to suggest alternate hours for this location, it said they had updated their hours just two weeks ago. If you’re going to post here that you’re open until 11, and if the hours on your door say you’re open until 11, I’m not sure why y’all were so salty when we showed up at 10:15 and tried to rush us out saying that you close at 10:30.

Portion sizes were great, staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I made an online order and had to go back on three separate occasions. Once because they forgot to pack the chicken roll, then I realized they didnt put any chicken in the kid meal, then I realized they didnt give us any apple chips for the kid meal.
Overall great food and staff was friendly and fixed their mistakes without issue just… I wouldn’t order online

I love Panda Express, but this location is terrible. They keep raising the price of their menu items. The family feast is 35$ plus tax is like 37.50$. The quality of the food doesn’t increase, quite the opposite… it gets worse and worse. The waiting time is always around 15-20 mins through the drivethru after you’ve paid for your food. USUALLY, I don’t write reviews, but today I bought teriyaki chicken, and it looks off. It tastes nasty, and the worst part is that I paid 37$ for this.

Worst food experience I have ever had. Went through a long drive thru line and they forgot all of our meat on three of our entrees. I went back to the restaurant, tried to go in, and the dine-in lobby was closed due to short staff. I called the restaurant, and they refused to bring my meat to the door, and told me I had to go back through the Drive thru, then hung up. The drive thru line was 30 minutes long and I had an appointment. I called back and asked that they bring my food out to the door – she said “not my problem – come back another day” and hung up on me again. Hours later when they were less busy, my wife came back and asked for a refund or the food and they refused. We asked to speak to the manager and they said she was cleaning the kitchen (2 hours before closing). My wife pressed again and they said she “cut her hand” and needed to go the hospital? They kept changing the story and refused to help in any way. On top of all that the one entree that did have meat, had a long piece of plastic in the meat. I am in awe of how poorly we were treated.
