What can I say about Bonnie’s donuts? Some of the best donuts I’ve ever had. The kolaches top-tier. The croissants top-tier. The donuts, dare I say orgasmic. I had a cronut that made me almost nut. I had a red velvet cake doughnut that was OK. However, the pièce de résistance Was the free chocolate cake donut holes that were included in the box. They were crunchy, savory in a way, but also sweet and delicious but not overpowering. If I had a bag of them, I would eat them like popcorn.

Saw social media posts about their 5lb cinnamon rolls and decided to give this place a try. We were NOT disappointed! Short wait to order some regular donuts but we got a blueberry fritter, donut holes and two cronuts. We chatted with the staff while we were paying for our donuts and the gentleman gave us an extra cherry fritter for traveling so far to come and see them. Amazing service but even better donuts. We were in heaven on our way to the cruise port. Absolutely incredible flavor. We will definitely be making this a regular stop on the morning of our cruises. How could we not?! Great service, delicious donuts. Perfect way to start the day!

Fast and friendly service. The donuts are great including the cronuts. Tmhe was nice enough to prepare a 4lb cinnamon Roll for ha even though we didn’t preorder. So big but so good. It was cooked perfectly and comes with a big cup of icing. Worth a trip to League City for this spot.

We heard about Bonnie’s through social media and decided to try them out.
This little bakery is family owned and the owners take pride in their business and it shows.
Everyone here had such an upbeat and positive energy. They make you feel so welcomed there and that alone was huge.
But their donuts… WOW!!! Fresh, and likely to be the best I have enjoyed in my lifetime. They remind me of Frays in Tampa, before the owners retires there. And that says alot, because until this morning I thought that I had already had the best.
They offer the 5lb donut & cinnamon roll here. We didn’t try it out (way too big for me) but maybe in the future when we have some family or friends over.
If you haven’t been here yet, do yourself a favor, get up early and stop by. You won’t regret it.
Update ( 11/08/25): We returned to grab some coffees and cinnamon rolls, we tried the pineapple, and the blue berry rolls. They were heated up and served quickly, delicious! I am happy to say that they are very consistent here with great product and amazing service, even while you can tell they have ALOT of orders coming in.

I’m in love… Service was out of this world. Everything tasted amazing. There were so many options I’m sure i didn’t read them all. In my pic, top left old fashion cake donuts, top right king cake cinnamon rolls, bottom left cronuts, central bottom blueberry donut holes, few lemon donut holes, then bottom right bacon wrapped croissant kolache!

Super hospitable we where give a few samples and told to take our time. Beyond the great service the donuts and kolaches were awesome. They even open Christmas day! Definitely going back!

Ube donut holes are soo good and unique. The matcha croissant donut was my favorite. Super soft like a cinnamoroll roll and flaky enough to peel. And not super sweet to enjoy the matcha flavour!

Wonderful service. I met Natalie today and she was so kind and sweet. Felt like home. I recommend this spot! loved the croissant it was so yummy. You can tell they take pride in their shop and enjoy serving their customers.

Delicious donuts and pastries, a super friendly owner and staff.. what more could you want? Bonnie’s has several core items and mini rotating items throughout the year. Everything we have tried so far has been super tasty with no misses. I’ve only been a couple of times and each time the staff member assisting me has been very patient while I try to pick from the large selection in their case. So many flavor options to choose from! The owner does allow call ahead orders if you are familiar with what is being offered on that given day.
