Worst experience ever!!! I waited 38 minutes for my order (while on a 30 minute lunch break!!!)!! Then the lady said that the cook made a Jr chicken instead of the original chicken sandwich i ordered n asked if that would be okay. I told her fine, i had to leave bc my lunch was already over. Get outside and the cini-minis weren’t in the bag, had to go back inside! Then when I get to my van the onion rings were ice cold and the sandwich was a FISH!!!! Not even chicken!!!! N somehow even though I waited almost 40 minutes, IT WAS COLD!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

Why does it take 20 minutes to get an order of mozzarella sticks and onion rings? Multiple cars that were not there when I ordered went thru the drive thru while I waited. Then they couldn’t even be bothered to put them in a bag even tho the order was to go. Also, neither of them were fresh, shouldn’t they have atleast been fresh for having to wait 20 minutes for them?

I Order on the app because they say it’s so much better. Canton Burger King is atrocious. For some reason, they can never get the orders right and when you call and complain, nothing gets done about it. I’m done.

Try this place again! The negative reviews might be a little outdated. Staff was SO nice and accommodating. We made some weird requests (no bun!) forgot to get water, just Generally difficult customers and they came through and showed no signs of frustrations! The lady at the window was funny and talkative. Excellent food, service and speed. Thank you team and we will see you again!!

The young ladies and the manager were so very polite. Were not from this town came to visit a senior and took them lunch. The staff was very nice. The girls were so sweet. 3 of us who all worked fast food over the years . Not an easy job at times and these girls were all smiles. Great job.

After doing our shopping we stopped at Burger King in Canton, IL. I wanted a cheeseburger, and went with their value meal, which includes a single cheeseburger, a small order (I picked onion rings) and a small diet Coke. It was so tasty, hot and filling. My hubby had the chicken Jr. sandwich, with fries, and a small Sprite.
He said the chicken sandwich was excellent!
He also liked their thicker cut fries.
All in all I think the value meal is worth the money and very delicious.
