First time trying Krystals.
Got to the window and was told they only accept cash today. Home girl should of announced that when we were at the intercom placing our order before hand luckily theres a Trust bank next door for the ATM. But hot diggity dawg bro
Unfortunately the whole first experience was buttcheeks. The cup being handed to us completely ripped on the side. The lady was nice enough to hand us papertowels.
Burgers are okay. I wasn’t expecting Mustard and a pickle on it. I enjoyed the fries

I work in this town and I’ve been to this establishment twice. Both times it was terrible. You have to tell the girl 3 to 4 times what you want before she finally gets it right. Then every time you drive away, you find out you have cold crystals. With cold buns that are not freshly steamed. I went inside the last time I was here in the bathroom was a disgusting mess and all the employees were cutting up and acting stupid. Doing nothing. The management needs to tighten up at this place because it’s terrible. French fries were cold. Buns were hard and cold. Never coming back. I advised anyone to stay away from this place.

Stopped into Krystal’s to get breakfast was Expecting mediocre service, but I was pleasantly surprised the morning manager here. Kelly is amazing in his team were also amazing with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this crystals.

Edit: we went back through the drive through yesterday at around 1045am. The woman running the drive through was cussing about something being in her ear as we pulled up, kept cutting her off as we tried to order food, and was extremely rude when we didn’t have change. We left without eating and came back after my son’s appointment an hour later. This time we placed our order, while she complained still about her job, and sat in the parking lot to eat. She had missed multiple items, so I went inside to order what was missed, everyone else was lovely but she was still acting like it was an inconvenience to be working. While we were eating she came outside multiple times to sit in her car and when I had to adjust my toddlers car seats she stood so close to me I couldn’t comfortably move trying to see my children. She also smelled very strongly of alcohol. All in all I am very dissatisfied with her service and will be speaking to her manager.
Went in today for the first time in a while. Store was much cleaner than its been in the past; food was much better tasting, very fresh and hot; and customer service has gotten MUCH better. Hoping these changes are permanent.

Currently sitting in the drive thru and I can’t believe how long it’s taking just to get waited on, much less served! There are no cars in the parking lot so they can’t be busy inside. Tempted to drive off and go to McDonald’s up the street but the person I’m with wanted Krystal…..so here I sit. If you’re in any kind of hurry and can’t wait at least 30 to 40 minutes to order and eat, don’t come here!
