They charged me $10 for to-go salad. The salad bar was disgusting look at the pictures The lettuce isn’t even covered and neither are any of the condiments it’s been left out for hours and doesn’t have any texture there’s no Ranch when we asked for ranch they only gave 2 very small 1 oz cups of ranch for a 32 oz dish. They asked if I wanted salad and I said yeah what is it like five bucks and she said yeah (like rolling her eyes) and she end up charging me $10. so poor customer service even if she didn’t understand him she should have had more customer service and ask him what did he ask for but was not completely clear to customers. She seemed like she didn’t want to deal with my brothers. My brother also called in advance and they said it was going to be done in 15 minutes we got here about 13 to 15 minutes and had to wait another 20. We then ask for our money back they told us to wait a minute to see if our pizza was done come to find out they had our pizza sitting on top of their pizza oven.

Came up to visit family from the BayArea. Wanted pizza. This had the better reviews. But I was left hungry because it tasted like nothing. It was so bland. The dough was flat no flavor again. I can make a better pizza at home. To be honest I have had frozen pizza that was better! Hard pass!!!!

Pizza factory was the only place I would order pizza from until my recent experience. I ordered 1 pizza, paid for delivery, pizza was barely warm and half the slices had zero toppings. Called, reordered but was told I’d need to pick up. I picked up the new pizza, wasn’t much better. No offer to refund or coupon for another pizza, nothing. I sent an email have heard nothing. I truly feel a full refund is appropriate.

I used to love bringing my family here for pizza and games but this place has really going down hill. I will not be coming back ever again. Every game but one was broken. The candy machine had old, open candy in it. Machines and furniture were broken. We even tried unplugging and plugging the machines back in hoping that would help but no. If this is how much they care about what customers can see, I’m terrified thinking about how they keep what we can’t see. Multiple tables were covered in dirty dishes which just sat after customers had left.

Pizzas were ok, wings were supposed to be hot. (Didn’t qualify as spicy). But they were cooked. It was enough to “not” go back or recommend.

We were excited to have a good pizza place that delivered out to Cold Springs. We’re pretty timely up until May. The last few times, our ONE pizza was delivered upward of 60 minutes late. Really makes it difficult to eat at a decent time when they can’t drive 5 miles to drop off in a timely manner. Super disappointed & will not be ordering again. 3 strikes and you’re out

Nice family oriented place. Pizza was better than average I suppose. Only reason I give it 4 star is because the place really has nothing special about it, and it feels like they are trying too hard at having a little bit of everything: beer, arcade, hipster chalkboard with overpriced venue deals. They should try and focus on one kind of clientele and cater to that. Like maybe if they got rid of the arcade, put more bar stool tables, and put an extra TV they’d get more of an adult crowd looking for pizza and beer. Bathrooms were clean tho.

Good pizza, Dr pepper, and retro games like street fighter and some rasing games but the star wars pinball doesn’t work (which is why I was there besides the pizza) and a candy claw machine doesn’t work, like the FNAF fell tho 🙂 EDIT: YESSSS!!! TY SOO MUCH! Last time I was here the star wars pinball doesn’t work but they FIXED IT they do see to your reviews ty again
