The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had going to a small business. I don’t think I’ve ever left a one star review out of my hundreds of reviews on Google. My mom frequented this place when she was in college and couldn’t wait to take me as an adult since I hadn’t been since I was a kid and we were treated with such disrespect and like we were a huge burden for asking questions. No food, closed off. No ice cream or drinks, closed off. We asked about different flavors or what offerings they had and were acted like we were idiots for even asking. My mom was devastated and we couldn’t wait to get out of there. Working customer service myself and knowing that you just don’t treat people like that and look down on them.

Lagomarcino’s is a true classic, and their treats never disappoint. The peppermint bark is incredible, perfectly crisp with just the right balance of chocolate and peppermint. Their caramel is rich, buttery, and melts in your mouth, and the sponge candy is light, airy, and absolutely addictive.

And the turtles? Next level. The combination of smooth chocolate, homemade caramel, and fresh nuts puts them in a league of their own.

Every item feels handcrafted with care, and you can taste the tradition and quality in every bite. If you’re anywhere near Lagomarcino’s, do yourself a favor and pick up everything.

Love this place for ice cream, sodas or
candy! The staff is very friendly and sitting in the booths take you back in time. This is a special spot in the quad cities, one of the few places left with a Green River Soda!

Definitely a place to go when in Moline or any of the Quad Cities. The sundae with hot fudge is delicious; the ice cream is great, and the fudge gives it a great contrast with it being hot and the ice cream cold. They have a smaller version of the sundae if you don’t want the full one. I ordered the small, and it was definitely more than enough for one if you want a treat.

A Sweet Step Back in Time
This turn-of-the-century confectionary and soda fountain shop is pure nostalgia at its best. From the moment you walk in, you’re transported back in time with the charm of homemade chocolates, old-fashioned candy, and the most delicious ice cream. The homemade hot fudge is out of this world—rich, warm, and the perfect topping. They also serve fresh sandwiches, making it a great spot for a light lunch before diving into dessert. You’ll find a wonderful selection of chocolates and unique gifts to take home, and the friendly staff makes the whole experience even sweeter. A must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth or a love of the good old days!

It was a wonderful step back in time. Went to both locations, the one in Davenport and the original in Moline. Had a sandwich in Davenport and a homemade hot fudge sundae in Moline. Plus didn’t leave without a stash of delicious candy.

Super cute old fashioned ice cream parlor at a great price. Great service thanks to Malorie. The ice cream and especially the hot fudge were delicious. They have other diner food as well not just sweets. We sat in a booth and loved the place, even though they did have some boxes piled up that made the dining area a little messy.
