They’re always closed. And its 2:26 pm even tho it says they’re open. I was at the light and saw them serving people so I went to grab cash instead of goin to Popeyes… I come back 8 mins later with cash and they’re closed and not answering the phone smh. I’m so disappointed. It’s almost like they knew I was coming and closed on purpose. They’re food and Horchata is delicious but they’re never open & they close whenever they want to

Borrito was great five stars for my gf she had the torta and the bread was just kind of dry not very moist. I’m very happy that they stay open till 12. They were friendly however they did forget the lemon on the side I asked for.

*Edit: This truck has turned to crap. The truck disappeared for a few months and then when it reappeared, the menu had changed, prices increased significantly and it was a different truck. Not sure if it’s new ownership or what… but they are very rude now.

Cash only Taco truck. Food is always SO SO yummy! AND they give you free charro beans while you wait for you wait for your order.
Though this truck is cash only and there’s no order ahead options, wait times can be a little long – But trust me, it’s well worth it!!

Used to be the best taco spot in town now the owner upped his prices which was fine because the food was good . Now he left some lady in charge and she doesn’t even cook the tortilla and the food is always cold and the onions have changed from what we used to get. Prices went up quality went down and portions are less as well. For the price going up at least the portion and quality could have stayed the same. I’ve been going to this spot since I was a kid and it’s been over 14 years . And just recently all this has gone down In The last year. I feel bad leaving a bad review but I want the owner to see this and make changes. As soon as it’s done I will remove this and put a five star review as I had given them before. Also lady is very rude and they never pick up call and timings of operation are random. That’s what happens when the owner steps down unfortunately.

RATS ON THE TRUCK. Really heartbroken by this place tonight. We’ve been coming here at least once a week for a year, we live in Sugar Land and don’t mind the hour it takes us to get food here because the tacos have always been next level good. Tonight was the first time we parked in the few spaces that are closer to the road. My husband reversed into the spot and I waited in the car while he went up to the truck with our 1 year old to order the food. While I was waiting I saw THREE HUGE RATS running from a nest in the grass near the light pole, in and out of the truck via the rear left side. Their exhaust is over there so idk if they’re going into the truck that way or through some place underneath but I was totally disgusted. I didn’t have my phone – which was why I had my eyes on the truck to begin with, so honked to tell my husband to come over. He didn’t know what to do because they were already preparing the food. They started calling him and he grabbed the food and came back so we could finish talking. I told him no way was I gonna eat that or feed that to our 3 kids – one of whom is a vulnerable baby! My husband went back to tell them we saw the rats – there was at least one still in the truck at that very moment. They lied and said they’ve never seen any rats. They took back the food but refused to refund us our $32 even though this was literally less than 2 minutes after my husband had walked away. The cook claimed because he had walked past the cones he wouldn’t refund us. My husband came back and told me they wouldn’t refund us, I told him go get the food back, we can give it to someone that’s homeless and hungry. Cook claimed he took it out of the plastic and threw it away already. I’m thinking about calling the health inspector, I can’t believe we ate there for a year and they would still lie to my husband like that, no way they’ve never seen any rats when I just watched 3 going in and out like it was a diner for them. DISGUSTING. Do not eat here. I wanted to warn everyone we saw walk up. I told my husband he should’ve had them take the mop that was outside and go hit the nest and try to tell us again there’s no rats. Smh.

The taco itself is great i’ll give them that, but the customer service makes you not want to buy at all. I’ve been here numerous times and everytime i came they treated me as if IM doing them a favor by ordering . The tacos are great just expect poor customer service. If want to unnecessarily get yelled at come here! They use “no english” as a reason to not understand and it’s cash only. No card.

Deff going back! Tripa was crispy not burnt. Pickup time was fast. There green salsa is some of the best I’ve tasted, it compliments the tacos well. Tortilla was toasted well, not falling apart, or crispy hard.
