Delicious Vietnamese spot in Coral Gables with some Thai dishes on the menu. Their outdoor patio is lovely and the service is quick, warm, and welcoming. It’s not the best Vietnamese food we’ve had but still pretty good and authentic.

Easily one of the best Asian restaurants I’ve ever experienced. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to my mother’s special needs. I had the Pho Miss Saigon Special, and GOD I was blown away. I’ve never had oxtail before but I loved it. I had also never had the coffee they served with the press over the cup.
TL;DR 10/10 go check them out NOW.

The special was delicious because you got to try the chicken, pork in spring rolls! I didn’t know what I was ordering so I just went big and so glad I did! They were very accommodating to our big group!

In A Nutshell:
-Miss Saigon Bistro is little Vietnamse restaurant located in Coral Gables.
-It’s situated along a nice row of other restaurants w/ plenty of outdoor seating.
-I enjoyed my bun thit, which had the fish sauce already inside, so all you have to do is add the bowl of chili & mix well.
-The flavor was good & the portion of veggies & meat were filling.
-The owner is really nice too.
Overall, it was nice to find some Vietnamese food in Miami.

The Pho Thai is awesome!!!! The broth was flavorful, plenty of beef, veggies, and noodles. I would ask for it with less onions next time since they over did it a bit with the purple onion. But other than that, delicious! I would eat here again and look forward to it.

This really was some good Vietnamese food in Miami. The staff were kind and accommodated us well in the outdoor seating. The food was also really good! I especially enjoyed the Canh Chua(Vietnamese sour tamarind soup), which you don’t find often in Vietnamese restaurants. The owner was also friendly and outgoing 🙂

Came here looking for an affordable and casual lunch. I had never been to this one but only to the location in Pinecrest which I have felt has been declining for some time so I guess I came with high hopes in that this location would be doing significantly better. My boyfriend and I arrived right before they closed at 3 (before their pause before dinner). Staff was very friendly and attentive, seating us immediately outside which is always a plus for me.
My boyfriend ordered off their lunch special which offers great meals at great prices. He went with the Miss Saigon’s Special Noodles $10.95 which came with dark chicken, grilled shrimp, and spring rolls over rice noodles drenched in a slightly sweet fish sauce. He loved his meal and so did I! Unfortunately, I wished I had ordered something off their lunch menu or honestly the same thing as him since it was so delicious. I was heavily disappointed by their pho which I thought was a staple to Miss Saigon. I should’ve known it wouldn’t be great from the garnishes offered which were dismal and not very fresh. I like an abundance of greens in my pho and what was given was barely enough for a fourth of my soup. The broth was mediocre at best and the meat just down right terrible for pho quality. Hate to say that I will never be eating pho from this establishment again because I truly left unsatisfied.
Won’t be returning too soon unless its to eat some other menu item off their lunch menu but definitely would not recommend if you are craving a hearty bowl of pho!

Great place for pho! The broth was clear and clean and ratio of protein to rice noodles to veggies to broth was perfect. Prices are very reasonable for the middle of Coral Gables. The summer rolls weren’t too special, but I’ll definitely come back whenever I want some pho. Service was ok. Location was easy to find with street parking pretty easy to find.

I have to be honest, this restaurant deserves no stars. I ordered the lemon grass chicken meal and what I received was curried onions with two pieces of chicken. A big no! The food did not fit the description and this place is a no for me. The curry taste was so overwhelming. I’m so disappointed that they wasted my time and money smh
