Our group of five recently went down to Uncle Bill’s Pancake House in North Cape May, and we had a truly great breakfast experience!
We decided to try a few of their specials, and they were absolutely yummy. It’s always great when a restaurant offers delicious and creative daily features. Beyond the specials, it’s clear that all the classics are solid choices there too! Whether you’re in the mood for pancakes, waffles, or a traditional breakfast, Uncle Bill’s delivers.
The food was fresh, well-prepared, and hit the spot. It’s definitely a must-visit if you’re looking for a satisfying breakfast in the area with both classic favorites and exciting specials. We’ll certainly be back!

Had breakfast here every day during our 5-day stay in North Cape May. Lots of solid food options (could be nice to see more vegetables on the menu but I guess it’s not that type of a restaurant); great omelettes; very friendly servers.

Ate at Uncle Bill’s this morning and it did not disappoint. Been on my radar for a little bit. First the eggs Benedict, I love mine with pork roll, theirs was done with a piece of thin sliced ham. The home fries were cooked and crispy the way I asked and very tasty, with the onions. Short stack of pancakes with eggs over easy and bacon was cooked great. Nice fluffy pancakes. 4/5 for here, definitely wanna come back and try another option of pancakes! Awesome job here, try them out! Off season, we were able to get right in, no wait!

For our last breakfast in Cape May, we stopped at Uncle Bill’s Pancake House! We waited about 15-20 minutes to get seated, and the restaurant was packed and definitely pretty noisy. We did wait quite a while to order, but tried to stay patient as our server was so busy boxing up takeout orders and trying to handle how many customers there were. The menu had so many great pancake choices, and I had the peach pancakes, which were unique as they were folded in almost crepe style. Everyone was happy with their food, and it’s easy to see why it’s favorite among Cape May visitors!

Great atmosphere. Staff was friendly. Our server Pam was as welcoming as an old friend. Definitely will go back. Highly recommended. The sunny side eggs were great. Unfortunately the scambled eggs were not as good. Still I highly recommend this establishment.

If your in North Cape May, NJ, check out this pancake house. While they have plenty of pancake and waffle selections, you can also enjoy some egg and omelet selections. They are reasonably priced and you can expect some premiere service. During the summer months, they are extremely busy during breakfast hours so get there early. The breakfast special and ferry special are exceptional.

Wonderfully accommodating to our three little kids! And their famous pancakes are genuinely delicious. Like wow. And 5 stars to the chocolate milk. I may or may not have had two full tall glasses…we went on a holiday weekend Saturday at around 9am and it was crowded, but there was no wait, and the food came quickly.

We LOVE Uncle Bill’s! There is no better spot for breakfast in all of Cape May! Great food, great selection, and great prices. Period. The staff is always very friendly and professional and the service is fast without feeling like we have to rush out of the restaurant. We visit every time we come to Cape May and always will!

We came in during a mad rush. The restaurant was packed and we were seated. However we had a handicapped person, a 20 month old and an infant and our booth was cramped and the baby had to be in the floor. Seeing this, the restaurant moved us after we ordered to better accommodate our situation. No attitude at all. Just gracious wonderful service so we could better enjoy our meal and the baby in a better position. Kudos to Uncle Bills. You will always have our return service
