This was just an absolute amazing experience!! The food was so good and the atmosphere was warm, cozy and homey feeling. But above all was the service and kindness from Barbi. She was so incredibly welcoming and kind. She asked and listened about our day and our lives and shared a piece of hers too. We had just left loomis after I found my wedding dress and she was so excited for this stranger and made a great day even better!! I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 ⭐️s because she deserves it and so does this great restaurant!!!♥️

We stopped here on a trip through Holdredge on our way to Colorado. Everything we had was great! We talked to the owner and she was so nice and kind. She took the time to check on us and tell us her story as well as well as listen to ours. Great place to stop if you’re in the area! Don’t miss it!

I would love to express the love I have for this restaurant! First being a family friendly atmosphere. Staff was always smiling and extremely helpful. They ran out of cinnamon rolls so to fix it they refunded AND offered us peach cobbler for the inconvenience. Second the food itself was large portions and so yummy! Third options for family/big parties was very convenient and will probably cater birthday parties/get togethers in the future!

The peppery burger patty paired with the sweet burger sauce makes for the perfect bite and honestly the best burger we’ve had in a long time! The pricing is very reasonable, the food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is so friendly. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. 37 Smokehouse is truly a must-try experience for yourself!

The food was so amazing…I haven’t had BBQ like this in years!! I had the bbq pulled pork over the mac and cheese…heavenly. Staff is so nice and my kid loved it too. I’m so excited Holdrege is getting another great place to eat :,)

We ordered a pbj sandwich, mac and cheese, brisket, sausage, baked beans, and potato salad, a cheeseburger and a half rack of ribs and the best thing out of all of that was the mac and cheese that was clearly from out of a bag the ribs were so dry, comparative to beef jerkey, the sausage links were inedible because of how dry they were, baked beans were not baked beans, more of a mixture of 4 different types of beans in a watery soup, potato salad was so salty, brisket isn’t real brisket, it’s pulled brisket similar to pulled pork. They said they weren’t serving anything fried that night, tried to order a BLT, they said they didn’t have bacon, tried to order a baked potato, said they didn’t have any baked potatoes… we also ordered 3 orders ahead and some of the staffs family members came in and ordered food for their 4 kids and 3 adults and the 3 orders after us plus the staffs family members all got their food before we did. Maybe that was why it was so dry and cold. Who knows. For sure not 94$ worth of food and would not recommended. If you want some decent bbq, make the drive to kearney. Super disappointed

Unfortunately, I hate to leave a review because I have previously worked with Steve and had an excellent experience, but after working with Barbi for our event, I can say I will never support this restaurant, food, truck, or catering company again. I don’t even know if I can consider working with Barbi for our event because honestly, the food never showed up. I had confirmed and reconfirmed several times over the course of a month when our event was, set up times, food delivery times, food quantities, food types and they never delivered our food. We had a family member show up at the restaurant after I had called several times, wondering where our food was. That family member was told that our event was supposedly nine days after our actual event. Barbi’s story didn’t line up with the agreed-upon set up time and delivery time of what she supposedly said to the family member. This is an unreliable business to use as your catering company.
Unbeknownst to the 37 Smokehouse team and Barbi that I have a degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management. I will unfortunately have to share my bad experience with others in the event industry in our area because simply not showing up to an event and missing details like this is absolutely unacceptable.

When I came in, I felt the coziness and warmth. The Cashier, Sherry was kind and polite and very helpful on my decision. This was my first time, I chose the brisket burger. Man this burger was amazing, so delicious, and definitely hit the spot. The Manager, Barbi, came around making sure we were good which was nice. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.
