Look, if you are going to ask for a tip at the start of every customer sliding their card now, absolutely be more consistent on how you make the beverages!!! I ordered an iced coffee and it was handed to me without ice looking like this. Bland and no ice! I needed something to sip on, so I have taken sips just to have something. Terrible quality though! There’s only one to two girls who can make a good tasting coffee in that place, so I know if they aren’t there, then my money is pretty much wasted. My last visit was my absolute last at this location. It’s unfortunate that you feel you have to drive 30 min to prattville for a good coffee and WAY better customer service. Due to several different issues at this location over the recent months, you unfortunately just lost a regular.

Drive thru. Ordered a Large Brown Sugar Latte with light ice and a Large Butter Pecan iced coffee with cream, sugar and very light ice. Get home with our drinks, what a disappointment. The Large Brown Sugar Latte was in a medium sized cup (we have never gotten one like that before) and had no taste at all. All you could taste was the oat milk. The Butter Pecan iced coffee was in the large cup but had absolutely no taste. No sugar and definitely NOT AT ALL, BUTTER PECAN. It has gotten so inconsistent with Dunkin, that I am afraid to go thru the drive thru for drinks any more. Yes, it is so convenient on workdays, but I can make a cup of coffee with ice and milk in it at home for next to nothing. NO FLAVOR IN EITHER OF OUR DRINKS. One trip will be great, the next two, the coffee is horrible. I am sorry, Scooter’s is a little bit more, but the consistency is spot on every single time. I drive to Clanton to work every day so go thru the drive thru at Dunkin’s hoping to get what I usually do not get. Then, I attempted to call the store and of course the number has been disconnected, so obviously customer service is not important.

Today I was having breakfast with my husband. We ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar and I asked for avocado toast with bacon. The coffee was given without sugar. They said they “forgot” and the avocado toast with a few pieces of bacon. Bad service. I clarify, not all the employees because I was there on Tuesday and the service was optimal, paying attention to their work. You pay for a service that is terrible. Because only young kids eat, who pass by making jokes, laughing and playing. When this coffee shop is the best, it is becoming not the best. THE SERVICE THIS MORNING was terrible and they gave me more bacon because my husband went to ask for it, but it was burnt bacon. Without anything else to say, JUST TERRIBLE.

Two days in a roll I have come here in the Wetumpka Dunken Donuts for ICED coffee. The pictures is of the coffee . I see no ICE! Now I understand the ice machine is down but I also seen them carrying ice in. To allow a ICED coffee to leave their window with no ICE is unacceptable. The answer I get from the manager is “Sir, you could have asked for more ice. ” I mentioned it to the young lady at the window and no mention of oh I’ll get you more ICE. Poor manager skills and poor communication to her employees . Do better . I spend a lot of money at this store. I do not recommend this store .

The most friendly Dunkin’ i have been too! Lady who took my order was so kind and guy at the window was very kind as well they both looked happy to be there. You don’t see that alot . Got my wrap and coffee quick!

Every time I give this Dunkin another try, I leave annoyed. They either don’t communicate with each other, or they know you’re trapped when you get to the window and find out they’re out of something. How do you advertise breakfast sandwiches but you’re out of English muffins at 7:30 am? Parking lot always full of new and exciting potholes to navigate. The menu board was hanging on by a hinge forever. It has finally been reattached but it still doesn’t work – just a blank screen with the Dunkin logo. (Not that it matters – they don’t have what you’re ordering anyway.) I just don’t get it.

The apple fritters were terrible. It was a big shell donut with apple filling in it. That’s not an apple fritter. Also, the parking lot got 100 million potholes like RoboCop and fighting in the damn parking lot.
