I was traveling through downtown Harrisburg and I looked for a place for lunch. I found Ciervo’s. It’s a generally clean and welcoming Italian bistro with an extensive menu and delicious food!
I enjoyed the chicken deluxe with fries and a large slice of white vegetarian pizza. Everything was tasty but I was baffled when I saw the big menu above the order counter. The prices were missing. Yet, to my delight, the prices are reasonable but this stellar family-owned bistro does impose a surcharge for credit card payments versus cash.
The Men’s Room needs much improvement but the staff members were quite efficient, friendly, and happy to serve guests who placed orders at Ciervo’s with top-notch professionalism. They have TVs in the main dining area for your entertainment while you enjoy your meals as well. Highly recommended in downtown Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Pizza was good but person behind the counter didnt seem to want us there patronizing the establishment. We spoke, he didnt speak back and seemed to have an attitude when we ordered our food. The guy preparing the food seemed nice when he brought our food to our table. Not sure if I’ll go there again

My first time ordering here and never will again.
Ordered the Pittsburg style pizza , to my unfortunate surprise there was no tomato sauce (and nothing to indicate on the menu that would be the case) and the fries were not good at all, they were tasteless and soft like they put frozen fries on the pizza when they put it to bake.
Google has restaurant listed as closing at 9. My husband place order at 8:15,and was told 10-15 minutes. As soon as the order was ready they called asking how far away I was because they would be closing in 5 minutes … when he said it was listed as they close at 9 he was told they close early on slow nights. As soon as I pulled up I was given dirty looks by the staff and it was clear they wanted to rush me out. A very disappointing first time experience and unfortunate encounter as I was looking forward to the pizza after a long day at work and wanted another local business to support to add to my list . If I wanted this type of experience I would’ve paid for a $6 Chain pizza not $25

I am so picky about my pizza and wow this place did not disappoint. My first reaction was “these guys know how to make a pizza sauce”. It is so flavorful, with herbs and seasonings, not just tomatoes. I really have nothing negative to say other than they’re an hour away from me and that sucks.

I gave 2 stars for them just being open on Sunday. Ordered the chicken parm sub before and it wasn’t that bad. But today . I called to let them know the oil might need to be changed and the guy was offended and defensive rather than apologetic.This went in the Trash. Lost me as a neighborhood customer.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was truly unacceptable. My boyfriend and I were here for the weekend on vacation and were unfamiliar with the area and food here so we decided to order online. Apparently, we were charged more than we should’ve been as well as getting yelled at by the workers for ordering online. So at that point I wasn’t even hungry after getting lectured for ordering online even though I didn’t know what I wanted and just wanted to choose on there. Don’t make it an option if you don’t want people to use it, period. If that wasn’t enough, they forgot half of our food including garlic knots and there was no sauce on the pizza. My boyfriend unfortunately almost broke his tooth because there was a pebble in the first bite that he took. Will not be back and wasted $30 on food that wasn’t eaten. This entire experience made me feel uncomfortable!

Visiting here from Pittsburgh. I checked Google for reviews and found this place. Ordered a fresh pepperoni pizza. Staff was very pleasant. Atmosphere is pretty cool. The pizza however was very average.

This was my first time eating here and this will definitely be my last . I ordered a large half pepperoni half cheese and some wings . My food gets here and my pizza is super greasy and my toppings were falling off the pizza. I call to complain and some guy tells me they put extra cheese on my pizza that I did not ask for and gets mad at me because I told him I didn’t ask for that . Then continues to get mad at me saying “ we do that to every pizza your the only one that complained this is unbelievable “ . I asked him why he was being so rude and he told me to do what I wanted to do and hung up on me . Food 0 out of 10 , customer service -0 . Then on top of all of this I tipped the driver like come on all I wanted was the food I payed for .
