The food was amazing. Fresh hot and delicious. What more can you ask for!? 10/5! The building and atmosphere are awesome! The owner is so friendly and a joy to talk to. I really enjoyed sitting at the bar and chatting it up with him and the other patrons. He is very engaging and a hoot! He also makes some amazing cocktails! If you’re ever in the ID or central district you gotta stop here!

I moved in across Jucivana, and thought to stop by one day! Best time ever. I’ve had their butter chicken, wings, and salmon sandwich. I really love the salmon sandwich. All the food I’ve had here has been really great. The staff, amazing people. Especially the owner, he was very welcoming, I’m not a bar person, but this place is worth it. The food comes out really quickly too. Very good place for chatting, as the music is quite moderate, if you’re lucky, you can get the owner to play your special song. I would rate it a 10/5, but I’ll manage the 5 stars. I sometimes come here with a book to sit, read and people watch. Recommend Jucivana!

This place is so adorable! Located on the nook of Yesler and Boren this little shop offers BIG FLAVOR! From their tasty salmon or chicken tacos, to their traditional Indian cuisine of Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, or Buttered Chicken. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order. I keep the spice level low to enjoy all the flavors, but feel free to go to a dangerous 5, and be sure to wash it down with any number of original adult drinks! They have a cute karaoke night on Wednesdays and the best smoothies I love to get on a summery weekend! You’re welcome❣️

Jucivana and Sanjay are the business and man behind my desire to make 2026 the year i review everywhere I eat
After a long walk with Google Maps set to restaurants, me and my dinner partner only unanimously (and instantaneously) agreed to the sound of one thing walking around Cap Hill area, the Indian food of Jucivana. We ordered samosas, butter chicken/lvl 3, chicken biriyani/lvl2, garlic naan, and a mango lassi. The entire meal was absolutely amazing.
I am someone who’s already really picky about eating out, and especially since i am new to the west coast and getting used to Seattles prices. But the odd were really stacked against Jucivana since the order I made at their restaurant is the same order I make at any Indian restaurant in search of something that tastes as close to the best meal I had ever enjoyed in my life, being the same order in a restaurant I had long ago jn Germany. With high expectation and no tolerance for something that fails to surpass them, my experience dining at Jucivana was what i can proudly say the closest I’ve experienced to that life changing meal from long ago.
And the true indulgence of the night wasn’t dessert but the charm of Sanjay, who had people coming in to see if he was around simply to chat. Clearly a man who takes pride in his work, who provided an unforgettable night.

I just moved to this area and decided to visit this restaurant – and the food was DELICIOUS! You will not be disappointed. The owner was very friendly and the atmosphere is great. I was a bit hesitant from the outside, but it’s awesome. They also have happy hour until 7pm featuring a new cocktail everyday (with a heavy pour). I will be back!
