A moderate-sized, simple restaurant with a great vibe. We tried 3 of their specialty sushi rolls, and they were excellent – especially the Hiro and Hirolicious rolls.
The two ladies who served us were very friendly and kind, which made the experience even better. Pricing was reasonable, and the service was fast.
Definitely a place we’d come back to.

Delicious! The Dynamite sushi carries its name very well, it looked as good as it tasted enough we forgot to take a picture. We had mixed hibachi orders and the kids had tempura chicken bowls with noodles. The portions were very generous! We will definitely be coming back.

I placed an order with DoorDash DoorDash did a great job with Monday, January 19 at 3:20 and I ordered the steak chicken and shrimp hibachi. The steak was unable. It was gummy. The chicken was hard. Today I decided at the last minute that I would order up lunch, I hadn’t had Hiro in a few weeks and I had hankering for it. Typically I get the lunch special that includes two meats, it’s either going to be steak and chicken or steak and shrimp, today it was steak and chicken. It comes with a heaping side of rice, vegetables and they include yum yum sauce. My husband’s usual is chicken and shrimp, though he has tried the salmon before and it was delightful. I place my order on the website, typically my husband would go and pick up the food but today would be my first time going. When I arrived the young lady apologized as she had not submitted my order to the kitchen. I can tell how apologetic and sorry she was about this mishap. She went out of her way to rectify the situation. That wasn’t in a rush, I certainly wasn’t upset, mistakes happen. My encounter with this young lady was a treat, I must say, her customer service was amazing and my customer’s experience even with a mishap was a pleasure, I would give her a 10/10. My food came out piping hot. She sent me on my way with a complimentary soup and beverage which she did not have to do. I will keep returning as long as the food is good and the customer service is top tier.

First time eating here, will definitely be back. The Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box was flavorful and filling. My sons actually needed to go boxes.

Hiro Hibachi & Sushi in Fishers is fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the hibachi chef made the experience fun and entertaining. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the portions were generous. Definitely one of the best spots in the area for both hibachi and sushi. Highly recommend!
