Poor management experience. The manager, James, is very rude and lacks understanding toward staff. He was completely unreasonable about someone being only 5 minutes late due to bad weather. Things like traffic and weather happen, and a good manager should know how to handle situations like that with basic respect. No professionalism or empathy at all. This kind of behavior creates a negative environment and makes stuff no having your back when you are in their position, being a manager doesn’t mean just have a high level position, it means be understanding with some situations the are out of human control, have respect and be sympathetic with you work team stuff. 5 minutes late isn’t like 1 hours or 30 minutes late, however if it’s you case you are later, will someone tell you or treat you same way? And if I’m talking about this, it’s because isn’t just one person who talks how bad manager James is and how bad he treat his stuff. I’m a manager of whole restaurant and bigger stuff and believe me both side work as a team and both had ourselves backs. My Beautiful wife and I have visited this Dunkin Donuts for over 18yrs. We’re from New York but she attended SUNY New Paltlz in the early days of our courtship. I have so many memories at this shop. I use to order two cream cheese donuts with my medium caramel coffee. Those were the good ole days. We visited our son on his birthday at Hamilton College and on our way home we stopped by for a Cup of Joe. This Dunkin has obviously had a face lift and looks great. The place was crowded but the wait wasn’t long at all. The staff were friendly and professional. After receiving our order we used the restrooms before we hit the road and they were surprisingly clean given the amount of people going to and fro.
Great Job Dunkin Donuts. We give you a solid 4 Stars.

The baristas here are always pleasant and helpful! Whether you order on the app or in person, everything comes out relatively quickly and coffee is always hot! ☕️ the dining area is well maintained and clean so if you prefer to stay and enjoy your coffee and/or meal, it’s a nice place to do so.

I could not believe how filthy this Dunkin was! The bathroom was so bad. It absolutely hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The staff was rude and the wait was long (for a simple cup of coffee). I’ve honestly never seen any Dunkin location as bad as this one. Less than one star.

This is honestly one of the worst Dunkins I’ve been at and it’s not even the staff they’re friendly, but the main issue is the service and how long they take to make the orders. After waiting just about 10 minutes for an iced caramel coffee with cold foam the coffee was far too bitter, there was hardly any cold foam in it at all and it was all around horrible.

This place was clean and the staff was friendly, I got a regular coffee with half and half and my wife got an iced latte with 1 sugar and 4 cream. Well they put 4 plus sugars in hers and it was so thick at the bottom with sugar it was ridiculous. And my regular coffee was probably the worst coffee I have ever had. It tasted terrible and had so much half and half in it it was undrinkable and lukewarm. I couldn’t go back because I was already on the the thruway when I opened it. Maybe just a one time thing, maybe a new person working, but I probably won’t stop here next time I’m upstate.

Disappointing Experience with Assistant Manager James
I’ve been a loyal customer at this Dunkin’ for the past two weeks, ordering the same coffee every morning without issue. The front register staff, including Manager Elisa, have always been really warm and welcoming.
However, this morning at 7:24 am I had a frustrating experience with the assistant manager, James. From the moment he took my order, he was noticeably rude, pressing the register buttons aggressively and making me repeat myself unnecessarily. His attitude made me feel like I didn’t belong, as if my order didn’t matter. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
I was so put off by his behavior that I decided to walk away without completing my purchase. Since Dunkin is part of my morning routine, this experience completely threw off my day. Unfortunately, due to this level of disrepect, I will no longer be spending my money at this location.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously because no customer should be treated this way.
