Sticky, sweet, and savory! This bagel is DELICIOUS!! This would be like my 4th time coming to this establishment & location! It’s always so calm and clean when I go. Not super busy either. And the staff is always so kind! Grazie mille & May GOD bless y’all

Worst experience I’ve had at a Einsteins. Waited over 30 minutes for two drinks that came out wrong. Got our food after 20 minutes of waiting and even though we asked for no tomato’s, we got tomatoes. Plus someone must’ve been wearing dirty gloves while making ours as there was avocado all over the bagels when neither of the bagels we ordered asked for avocado. Staff were assisting family and friends before paying customers. While waiting we watched 3 groups of family/friends get their food and out the door all before we got our order when they ordered after us. Staff were also seen making drinks whiteout gloves or washing hands.

The Einstein Bros on Centennial has the best service of any location I haw been to! They are always so friendly and get our order to us quickly. Very quick to serve, and obviously with the best bagel sandwiches around, I would recommend this location to all!

I wanted this experience to be great. Customer service was awesome, but the bagel, not so much. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted with butter and jam. Simple, right! I received a very lightly toasted bagel with butter in one side and a VERY thin layer of jam on the other. The bagel was not warm enough to melt the butter, remember I asked for it toasted. I thought they skimped on the jam because it was some quality high-end product. But instead, it was your standard hotel packets of jam.
With the amount of money I paid for butter and jam, this was a sad experience. I had to ask for a refund (I never do this), i think I could get better quality from a bag of store bought value bagels.
Note: I’ve ordered this same product from other einstein bagel locations and the quality was much better.

I ALWAYS have a problem with this place when placing pick-up orders or even ordering in general. I recently had a pick-up order for my husband to get there and two guys in the back were just chatting and had my coffee just sitting at the table with half of it just being syrup. Seeing that the employees like to ignore the one customer waiting for the order and lie to say that the order placed was “being worked on.” MY husband was the first person there and no one cared to acknowledge that he was waiting. He was the first person there and no acknowledgement..the employees here are ALWAYS disrespectful whenever we’re there when we’re picking up and order or even placing one…hate that this is the only Einstein Bros in my area and it never gets better..

I have been coming to this shop for years, and the AM crew now is terribly slow, move with no urgency, and display a “don’t really care” attitude. Order WAY before you need it.
Past AM crews have been friendly, proactive and customer oriented. No longer. Now (like today), I order a simple bagel with smear online, it takes literally 25 min to get it out, and the only response is “yeah, we had a catering order” accompanied by a don’t-give-a-crap shrug.
This has been the pattern for the last month or more: not just a today thing.
Food has been fine, but considering changing my morning routine…not worth my frustration nor my time commitment.

Idk if everyone was just having a bad day or what but today I waited an entire 30 mins to receive 2 bagels with cream cheese and a hot chocolate. There was only 2 people being served ahead of me when I arrived and 5 employees working. I don’t understand what the hold up was but it had me very frustrated having to wait like that under the circumstances that were presented.
