It’s what I expect from any New Orleans fast food joint. Not quick. No Coke in either dispenser but there was Root Beer. Drink tops and napkins a bit scattered by the drink dispenser.
Roof had a leak so they covered up the table affected. Fries took several minutes, but I am in no hurry. No dining music but something from the back of the house. So meets my expectations, lol. AVERAGE.
Would I come again? Probably. Come often? Once every decade — or when it is convenient. 3 star (or a New Orleans 4 star).

I ordered an Impossible Whopper combo from Burger King at 3102 Elysian Fields in New Orleans today. Although I didn’t expect it to be freshly hot like it would be if I went and picked it up and brought it home, I didn’t expect them to not comply with their bare minimum standards of quality food preparation and read simple instructions. I checked and unchecked what I wanted on the burger from their selections through Grubhub, and I chose the drink I wanted. Knowing that our order is coming in through Grubhub, they know they have time to make the order properly and possibly even closer to when the driver may get there or when they get there, seeing as though it doesn’t take that long. But instead, they must’ve put it together as soon as they got the order because I’m sure you know by now the order was wrong. The bread was hard and old, the burger was cold, and it did not have any ingredients that I requested, only a slice of cold cheese and a patty with a massive amount of barbecue sauce. I wish the reviews would allow me to upload a video so you can hear how hard this bread is along with this picture of the receipt and what I received

2nd Review 10/13/2024: here I am again. I should have read my old review. The manager (she took my payment) was outside chilling with her boo when I went to the drive thru. Car all parked in front of the door. So, I decided to go through the drive thru. I just don’t like a lot of foolishness when I go places. Their postures looked like it was a bunch of foolishness. There was one person ahead of me in the kiosk and it seemed a bit before their order was taken. When I got there I could barely hear the person. We really need to train folks on using microphones or we need to get a better system, not sure which was the issue here. So, there were 2 cars ahead of me in the payment line. The one at the top of the line seemed like it took forever to get their order. Honestly, I didn’t see a bag go out the door. The 2nd car got their food immediately. I got my food in an acceptable amount of time. I did here as I drove up the manager say “drop onion rings”. I don’t care for onion rings, but I ordered the Wednesday’s special with the purple bun and onion rings and bottle of water. The manager who was outside took my money. Some other thin associate handed me my food without saying a word. I’m empathetic to bringing your authentic space to the workplace and feeling how you feel, but I am also uncomfortable spending my money in unwelcoming places. Depending on the pay I might hand someone their food without saying a word too. So, I looked in the bag and checked everything and all was there including the exact amount of churros. Well, I thought all was there. I saw a couple of fries in the onion ring box and I thought nothing of it, because it happens, I’m not a monster. When I arrived home and started eating my food half of the onion ring box turned out to be fries. Whopper was okay. Just tasteless with too much ketchup and mayonnaise. Lame is beyond what this place is. Let the customer decide or communicate the change to the customer. This get over thing is wild. In all honesty I thank you, my fat tail should have gone home and cooked the asparagus.
Old 7 year Review…I ordered a chicken sandwich and it took 11 minutes to get to me. I was in the drive-thru and I waited at the first window 5 minutes then I pulled up to the 2nd window and the person told me to pull around the corner. At what point do you ask would you like something different or do you mind waiting? Who is managing this space?

I sent my daughter with a coupon to order food. My daughter came back in tears because the lady was so rude about having a coupon in drive thru ! …..Like if you’re so miserable at your job, you should’ve made better life choices.

It’s 10:38 p.m. NOBODY IS SERVING FOOD is supposed to be open! 4 McDonald’s and 3 burger l kings in the area and they all close at midnight, I couldn’t get what I wanted at McDonald’s at any location and this burger King nobody is working they are sitting inside looking at me stupid! What is wrong with people?! Don’t nobody wanna work! I’d give NO STARS if I could! Terrible country we live in today where people are SO LAZY they can’t turn an ice cream machine on! Like ever!

I hate cheese and they put cheese on my damn whopper after clarifying several times the cheese was for this high as chicken sandwich. And the chicken sandwich was missing I want my damn money back couldn’t even eat my whooper

This Burger king was by far the worst one I’ve ever been too. The staff was rude as hell. I thought all public restrooms were just that public. We literally had to buy something from the menu before we could actually use the bathroom. Then while my spouse was in the restroom the so called manager was saying rude things about him to others. Then she kept approaching the door every 2 seconds asking if he was done yet. VERY VERY VERY RUDE employees. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Love this location. I will drive past the one by my house to go here. New Orleans fast food comes with a side of attitude but not this location. They always greet you with a happy face and like they know you.

The guy who is taking orders at Drive thur on Nov 3 around 5pm .. does not listen to the customers real well .. while taking orders,, he need to stop rushing to take the money when a person is not finishing ordering… my $30 was a waste … ugh!!!!!
