Make sure you call if you order in the app. They will not bring it to your car as it says in the app. No one mentioned this. I’m curious how long they would have let me wait. I was there for 30 minutes. Doors were locked but they weren’t closed. When I finally talked to a worker she was incredibly rude. I know they can’t change that in the app so hopefully this helps someone else. I wouldn’t bother ordering online at this location.

First, I noticed on the receipt before I received my burgers that they weren’t plain but they remade them. Secondly, I went there for the holiday nog shake and thought it tasted more like vanilla. I also didn’t recall sprinkles being listed in it so when I got home I looked it up again and sprinkles were not supposed to be in it. Disappointed because that was why I went there and I think I either got someone else’s shake or they just made mine incorrectly. I’ll try again ordering with the Rochester DQ

I would have loved to have eaten here, but the doors were locked when I arrived here a little before 7. Door and Google both say they’re open until 8. Workers were rude when we questioned the time on the door.

My mom and I ordered the banana split on 08/09/25 at 5:45 and when we received it I never see such a white banana split before. There was only less than table spoon of strawberry and pineapple topping and maybe teaspoon of chocolate syrup. And lots of whipped cream. Gor whst we paid it was big disappointment. I should of went back in but they were really busy which is no excuse for skimping on the quality of the ice cream topping. Otherwise the staff was friendly and kind just wished we would of got the banana split should of had on it instead of of dish full of ice-cream,banana, little topping to look like it was under all the whipped topping making deceiving until you started eating and finding you might have say none.

Employee’s long hair, which was down and loose, went in my Blizzard. I asked for a new one, but they just went around the corner and pulled the hair out and said it was newly made… then why is it half melted??

As a former Dairy Queen store manager and “Curly Top” cone mascot wearer in parades, let me tell you, some Dairy Queens don’t have the best burgers, and others do. I don’t know why, but I always know it when I taste it. This one is one of the good ones. Great burger. Nice job.

This is the by far the worst DQ in the area. Workers are slow, unmotivated, and don’t even do a good job. Wasn’t even busy and I waited 15 minutes before they took my order. Got my blizzards that were 3/4 full and not even prepared correctly.
Drive thru closes an hour early too so don’t bother with your late night ice cream runs.

I ordered the mixing bowl mashup blizzard, which was featured on their summer blizzard menu. This blizzard is shown with chocolate ice cream on this menu, but mine had vanilla ice cream. I don’t care for vanilla ice cream, so I was disappointed by this.
