I am a little disappointed I have had several issues going through drive through with full order not being put in bag then I called and spoke to Gaven the on shift manager today and he refused to remake an order for me after not receiving the full order I paid for and having to wait to eat my lunch until my food was cold definitely upset about it!

Even on busy days, the staff keeps things moving smoothly, and we’ve never had an issue with our order. Whether it’s a Blizzard, a cone, or a sundae, it always hits the spot. It’s great to have a reliable spot for a sweet treat, especially when options are a bit limited around here.

I would give more than 5 stars if i could. The Dairy Queen employees went above and beyond to help make my sons birthday special by adding a few extra touches to the ice cream cake I came in last minute for. All the employees were kind, the manager was super nice as well and made sure I was satisfied before I left. The cake was decorated perfectly, came out amazing! Would definitely recommend!

Google says open until 10. Drove all the way from St. Paul because I’m pregnant and wanted a blizzard. Get there at 9:15 just for them to be closed and rude to me. I cried all the way home.

10$ for a cheese burger, and grilled cheese that wasn’t even grilled. When I asked for the grilled cheese to be grilled the supervisor was over the top rude, and told me to get over it. Last time I’ll be returning to DQ in Greenberg IN, poor attitudes, poor service, poor quality.

After finishing our food went up to the register to ask for a lid and the kid running the register told me I was no longer able to be served per there GM because the person I was with his ex and the GM our good friends I sincerely hope the owner of this dairy queen finds a new GM!!!

Needs better management and the employees should be paid more so they’d care more about their work environment. Cleanliness is an issue at times. Food isn’t the best & the food is too expensive but the ice cream is great.
