Went to use two free cookies I won on monopoly and was told we can’t do that instead of just promoting it was told even though you won that through monopoly we have no way of giving you what you won. Stop selling stuff you can’t give away what was the point in playing? Canceled my whole order and wont be back. False advertisement. this McDonald’s is just terrible. Service is terrible. Very slow. Management has no idea how to guide their staff. It is not over busy yet. Staff are running around panicking or just standing there doing nothing. They cannot even put ranch in the bag with the chicken nuggets. I think we’ll give it a few more years before I attempt to come back to this one if ever.

Who forgets the fries in a happy meal! One disappointed grandson. Didn’t realize they were missing until I got home and he opened his happy meal. I wasn’t coming all the way back for them. Guess I needed to check to see if the order was correct.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I just moved to Mayville and this is the worse, rudest service I ever experienced!! I also worked at McDonalds for 10years!! Never once have I had a manager argue with me about replacing my order and refusing a refund! Basically robbed me! I was very calm about it , called first , I requested fresh Fries and got soggy, cold, old fries! He then proceeded to tell me they were made within 20mins so he didn’t have to drop me new ones and argue with me. (Which isn’t even the correct policy, fries are no good after only a few minutes ) I said “ i understood that, but I requested fresh and all I want is them to be replaced” THEN HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO HANG UP ON ME!! Very unprofessional! I then drove back and was refused a refund. This would be night shift management, a tall male with brown hair. He’s always rude every time I go but never this damn rude! I will be making all the reviews, call corporate and the general manager in the morning! This is uncalled for !!! And clearly something needs to be done because this place doesn’t have the best reviews at all!
