Came here for one of our daughter’s birthdays. It is a very nice environment; the staff was great, friendly, and gave us a great seating arrangement. The food was fresh, delicious, and very scrumptious; we enjoyed all of it. I didn’t hear one of the kids complain about anything. We had a great time. Make sure you check this place out. Oh, and the drinks were strong and inexpensive.

I grew up going to the Lo Kai with my family. I remember when the entire restaurant was jammed up and the parking lot was full. Not sure what happened but it’s very sad to see this place in decline. Came here on a Friday night and they had one server working the entire dining room, service was terrible. Mai Tai’s from the bar were gross. Food was mediocre. I think staffing is their biggest issue at the moment. I hope the Lo Kai can improve soon!

Ate at restaurant because it was part of a live band event. The buffet was great. Perfect amount. Service was good. The mixed drinks need work. The room for the live music is a good location.

Hadn’t been to the Lo Kai in at least 10 years. This place has seen better days – I’d guess they haven’t made any updates to the place in 30 years. Went there with my family. Were given takeout menus when seated. Water was served in plastic cups, and my Mai Tai had no garnish. Despite this our server Norm was great – very funny dude, and the food was excellent. Got fried rice, peking ravioli, teriyaki, gold fingers, crab ragoon – all were yummy. Despite the sketchy vibe I could see us going again, although I think Kashin Garden down the street is probably a better option.

We were very impressed with take-out at Lo Kai. All items were fresh and delicious. Phone ordering and pick up was fast and professional with no wait. Prices were reasonable. What more could you ask for? Recommended.

I had not been to The Lokai in 30+ years. I was not too keen on getting the buffet so two of us ordered off the lunch menu. The lady who did order the buffet was very pleased. The pics are of the two lunch plates which were VERY good. The dining room was clean and the service was fast and friendly. We were so pleased with our meals that we ordered the same lunch specials a week later for take out – they were delicious too! We will definitely be back to The Lokai more often.
