I have been going to Teixeira’s for decades with my family and it never disappoints. genuinely one of the best (if not the best) bakeries in the area. since they’ve expanded there is always seating, even during the busier times.

i love everything here, from the soups to the pastries, the coffee, even the toast is excellent. i strongly recommend to anyone who is curious and hungry

Beautiful, well kept bakery. Just stopped by for some coffee.. short on time couldn’t try different bakery stuff in here. But the iced cappuccino was really different and delicious unlike your regular Starbucks or McDonald’s

excellent all around. This is a local spot that cannot go wrong. The food and drinks are delicious and made in-house & affordable. I tried their chicken empanadas and fries. They’re both really great ! If there was one comment – I would ask that they have more hot sauces to dip foods. I’m definitely coming back to try their bakery items.

If you’re looking for authentic Portuguese egg tarts, this is the real deal. The crust is perfectly flaky with a buttery crunch, and the custard filling is rich and just the right amount of sweet.

They come out warm and fresh and even after it being in the to-go box for a bit, they’re still crispy and steaming with flavor.

Definitely worth the trip. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere is nice. They also have other treats but I haven’t had the chance to try them yet.

Popular Portuguese Bakery in the neighbourhood. Tried the local favourites and love the crunch. Though it would have been better if the pastry was warmer (personal preference)

This bakery is my daily go-to spot for breakfast. It’s a treasure trove of everything you could ever need, from cakes to drinks and salads. I absolutely adore the ambiance and the organized staff. The only minor concern I had was the freshness of the food. This could be cultural, as in my home country, we expect everything to be freshly baked and served immediately. Apart from that, everything else is nearly perfect.

Great place to come for breakfast, lunch or a delicious snack.
They have daily soups. Portugués breads, sandwiches totally delicious and a great price. Sandwich serve hot if you like. Coffee is delicious as well.

The fruit tarts and cakes are so pretty and well decorated! We got a lemon dessert cake thing (sorry I didn’t catch the name) it was… very rich, the icing was a bit too sweet and dense for me. The bread we got is like a sweet roll, I was anticipating something super light and fluffy like a Japanese bread, but it wasn’t. It tasted fine, but wasn’t what I was hoping for. The egg tarts and pastry tarts were all very good! They have different flavors such as orange, almond, plain and then egg tarts and fruit tarts. My favorite was the fruit tart.

The food was excellent. The sandwich was huge, pressed perfectly, and had really gooey cheese. Overall extremely balanced and delicious sandwich for the price. The staff was very friendly as well and recommended the strudel to me. The strudel was light and very flakey with a creme filling which was good, but a bit too sweet for me. They have a huge variety for food and Portuguese desserts that I will need to explore more of

Highly recommend this place!

Went back for the large bifanas molete with fries. There was a ton of meat and a lot of fries. The fries were hot, crispy and airy. The bifana was loaded with stewed meats, but it did get the bread soggy fast, do you need to eat it quick. Also got the pao de queijo pequeno and nata belem which were good. The pao was slightly cheesy and chewy and the tart was sweet and flakey

Just had a cannoncini for dessert. It was buttery and flakey with a nice sweet cream, but the ending quarter of the cone was dry and without filling which was disappointing
