I’ve had issues in the past with the managers Jason and Jack, but it seems like the recent hires are doing their best to turn the restaurant around. As long as management keeps up employee morale, I think this location will only get better. I had a great experience tonight Sep 28, 2025

The interesting thing is that last night I got dismissed from the emergency ward in the hospital, and I drove down a major Street in Albuquerque, everything was closed, except wienerschnitzel. They were open till midnight,! I bought their special for Wednesday. It was a polish sausage sandwich. One warm rye bread, it was quite delicious, a tasty treat while driving home!. When I asked for a burger, they had no burgers. They were out. But I did notice, there were some signs with some other specials. It fits the bill. It’s priced Right, and the people were nice, and being able to get something to eat when everything else was closed or nearly everything else was closed, that was especially pleasant. It would be a really good place to actually go and sit down and eat if there was an enclosed place to sit, especially in the cold weather..
Really sucks to have to sit in your car and eat or take it home and eat it cold….. so sad. I don’t eat there very often for that reason….

Went to get the cotton candy dipped cone. It was a nice treat in the heat! It didn’t really taste like cotton candy, but was good. Service is a little .

Stopped here for an ice cream and they were really good. The service was very friendly and fast. Not a lot of seating which is all outdoors but there is some shade. Only complaint is the parking lot keeps getting blocked in by the drive through line.

Ordered a banana split on the app ice cream machine “conveniently just broke” after I paid and THEY confirmed the order was ready so I couldn’t cancel or refund, was told “sorry I can’t refund it it’ll be through the app, we can have it fixed in a half hour when my manager gets back” then when I asked to confirm the manager would be back in a half hour I got told “uhhh I dunno bro he just kind of comes and goes he should be here then but I don’t know.” Terrible service, unprofessional, paid $7 for a banana split just to be told i might maybe get it in 30+ minutes after a 8 hour shift. Plus now I’ve been stuck in the drive through for 10 minutes because he told me to pull forward and still hasn’t gotten the people in front of me their food.

My family of 6 decided we wanted some ice cream and of course sonic wasn’t serving ice cream. I’m so glad we ended up at Wienerschnitzel. The woman working was by herself at the moment and she made all our ice cream so good. She did not take that long at all. And it wasn’t expensive like other places would’ve been. Thanks for giving good service!!!

I know fast food doesn’t require much but being able to count should be one. Definitely not a friendly environment and if they make a mistake they will make it your fault some how. Responsibility should be something a young adult learns. Hopefully they can before others experience the same issues.

1 thing I really njoy about this place is they kept the same ingredients they have always had. Loved these as a kid, still love em as an adult. Best tasting chili hands down.
